“this is my first visit, I like what I see of the range of products,my purchase of the soaps is for my daughters for Easter, however we are still on lockdown and they have not received them yet, they look and smell good.”

It's brilliant to hear that you are happy with the soaps, they are certfied Vegan, COSMOS Organic, Cruelty Free and Fair Trade, as well as being palm oil free. Our Fragrance Free Soap won Gold and our Spearmint Exfoliating Soap won Silver in the 2019 Free From Skincare Awards, due to how well they lather, last, and left the judges skin feeling. We were delighted that we were able to donate our soaps to various charities and organisations to try and help those who need it during these uncertain times. We are bringing back another (our final) pallet of our charity soaps to distribute out again to those who need it. Daisy

These values are at the core of all that we do and cover the ingredients and products as well as the packaging, including that used to send our orders from our warehouse (even the packing tape is recyclable paper). “Lovely cleanser. I get a lot of redness and breakouts and this makes my skin really soft and clean and reduces redness. I use in evening as a second cleanse and use Lucy Bee Coconut Oil as a first cleanse and to take eye makeup off. Also intend to buy the tonic to try!”

Hi Sarah, Thank you for sharing this. Our Cleanser includes turmeric which helps to even skin tone and reduce redness, as well as being an anti-inflammatory. If you try the Tonic , this contains aloe vera to soothe and ACB Fruit Mix which improves skin tone and enhances cell renewal and overall complexion. Take care. Petrina

“Love the soap and I love that it nourishes my skin instead of drying it out, I dont use it on my face though it's very sensitive, I might try a fragrance one next time”

Hi Rosie, thank you for sharing your feedback, which means a lot to us. Our Fragrance Free soap is made using our coconut oil and, like all of our products, does not contain palm oil. This particular bar won Gold at the 2019 Free From Skincare Awards (and our Spearmint Basil and Clove Exfoliating bar won Silver), and like all of our soaps is certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, COSMOS Organic and Fair Trade. Our soaps bars are great to use on the hands and body but for the face we recommend using our hydrating skincare range, rather than the soap bars. Thank you again. Petrina

Hi Anita, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, which is important to us. Our soap bars are all free from palm oil and instead we use our own coconut oil, which produces this wonderful lather as well as moisturising skin, too. We have a selection of 4 soap bars which can be purchased as a set or individually and each bar is a reflection of our company's core values - being as ethical, environmentally-friendly and effective as we can be. These are all certified Vegan, COSMOS Organic, Cruelty Free and Fair Trade and where applicable we use pure, organic essential oils. The packaging is recyclable, including the materials used to send these from our warehouse (even the paper packing tape!) Petrina

Thank you Margaret. We're doing our absolute best to ensure orders get sent out as quickly as possible during this time. We have a small warehouse so Charlie is working there on his own at the moment. We can separately pack orders which just include skincare at another location so this helps to get these off as quickly as possible. We know ourselves how frustrating it is to have to wait (and completely understand why, if this is the case). Petrina

“I have had two samples of each of the face moisturiser & cleanser and they are both amazing. The sample to the moisturiser lasted 4 applications for each and my skin looked so refreshed and felt really soft and hydrated after use. I have also been using the exfoliating spearmint soap which makes my skin feel so soft and it smells amazing! Thank you”

Lucy Bee originally started with cold pressed, Raw Organic Extra Virgins Fair Trade Coconut Oil and thanks the amazing support of our loyal customers, we've grow from there and added to our range tp not only include other grocery items but also an ethical and effective beauty range. Our soaps and skincare products (where applicable) include our Coconut Oil. In our Vegan, palm oil free soaps, the coconut oil creates a wonderfully, rich lather and in our Face Cream and Cleanser it adds its moisturising qualities. Of course, it's also a great replacement for processed oils in cooking and is our go-to oil in the kitchen. We love to hear feedback and thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Petrina

“I’ve never had a proper skin care routine before. I used to just moisturise in the morning and use a scrub on my face once a week. So when I came across Lucy Bee’s skin care range I was intrigued. I had been following her on insta and I loved that fact that it’s small sustainable business that has good core values. After 2 weeks of use I have noticed my skin is softer, cleaner, more radiant and also my pores are a lot more smaller. I am now enjoying the skin care routine everyday and feel like I am properly taking care of my skin now with these products. I would highly recommend Lucy’s range.”

“I absolutely love the skincare products! I have been using the tonic, cleanser and face cream for two weeks. My skin is glowing and my spots have definitely cleared up. I have also noticed that the products have helped with my pigmentation too! Overall amazing products. I am usually so lazy with my skincare routine but because the products are so light and they actually work, I look forward to using them every morning and night! Thanks lucy!”

What a wonderful gift to receive too! All of our soap bars are free from palm oil and are certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, COSMOS Organic and Fair Trade.
