“I bought three items on the website, and one was canceled later because it was out of stock. The other items did not arrive on time, it was a birthday present for my daughter. The shipping company needs more information about my address, I have already given it 3 times and they still haven't delivered it. What a disappointment, a company that only focuses on profit and not on the customer experience.”

“The new website is not user friendly When you select an item to look at you can’t go back to where you where You are directed back to the beginning I did let lululemon know this when the new website went live but nothing has changed. It’s really Annoying.”
