“I signed a contract with Lulu Publishers last year and very shortly started having problems. They were not living up to the terms of the contract. After complaining to them in February, they promised to improve. They even outlined what they would do along with deadlines. The deadlines passed but there were only minor improvements. Some major things they promised went totally unaddressed. Although the personnel at Lulu seemed friendly and professional, they did not live up to the contract.”
