“I bought a Lumadent uniLUX HL360 headlight and two batteries at the beginning of dental school, and am still using it in my first year of general practice as a DDS. It has the right balance of brightness, battery life, not being bulky, and a good value. It has been used daily for years without issues. I have a different brand of loupes but am very glad Lumadent was able to make the headlight compatible with the loupes. I would highly recommend Lumadent.”

“The product is great. But I did not receive a mount at all for my head light to attach to my loupes. In turn I had to pay extra for the mount. I get I may be at fault for not specifically asking for this in advance but since it was a brand new purchase I think it was unnecessary to charge me for the mount I was told would be part of my purchase. I’ll repeat light is great though no complaints in quality!”

“You’re sending me a survey before your product ships. You also told me the photo that I sent was good until over a week later when you discovered an issue. This is delaying the progress and shipping of my order that has been paid in full for two week. You also sent me the wrong email with information about ergofit loupes and sending me a fit guide - not necessary as I ordered traditional loupes. Overall I am NOT impressed with this company or their customer service. The rep I emailed to ask about this blamed the number of trade shows in October for the delay- but what about the incompetence I’ve seen so far”
