Efficient processing and shipping to Canada. Haven’t had the need to contact customer support for anything yet so cannot comment on that.

Satisfied with most of the parts. The only part I do not like is the additional switch built-into the cable between the light and the battery. It's quite large and I need to be attach it separately with rubber bands on the loupe (not the best innovative design with too many spare parts) I have XV1 frame from Orascoptic, so its design is not the best for attaching an extra switch on the frame. One way to polish this poor design is not to have the switch designed so close to the loupe frame, but somewhere closer to the pocket where you have the metal clip. The metal clip serves its purpose to somewhat prevent the cable from running wildly around the dentist. Also the main difference between wired and wireless is the presence of the wire. If you could strengthen the cable with an additional silicone layer. It will not only strengthen its durability, but also offer a distinctive design for each dentist

This is the worst company to deal with! I bought the Ergoprism, took 2 1/2 months to receive. Not the problem though. My loupes came broken, and even the name plate on the case fell off in a day. I have called emailed, left VM’s, more than 10 times, to speak with anyone about the broken loupes. Took 9 days for someone to email me. Which they said “I have enclosed shipping label and we can re-glue the broken piece”. The shipping was through USPS. SNAIL MAIL!!!! And just “glue” the broken piece. No sorry, no nothing! So they expect me to send my loupes back wait for the mail carrier, they glue, then wait for the mail carrier. This could take a month or longer. Called, emailed 10X more times stating I am leaving the country and can not have a package this expensive left on my doorstep. I am beyond words with how unprofessional this company is. I just want my money back now. Because of this is how I will be treated with any future issues, forget it!!!

Fast turn around. Shipped to Singapore.i had written to customer service for some q and a but didn't get any replies. Nevertheless because I'd used their old light I went forward with the transaction .

out of stock on batteries (how does that happen on your primary item?) finally could order, shipped, lost in mail, now waiting for them to track shipment and batteries are dying while waiting frustrated !!!

I bought LUmident shield for the lumident light, unfortunate the shield can not hold the light weight, keep drop down . Wish I can return it, I don't know how to return it.

The loupes came with double vision. It has been more than 10 days since the date I asked for sending it back to get fixed. The customer service is terribly slow. Everything has to be done online, the call center doesn't help at all. It takes forever just to get the response by email.

Ive had the light for years and love it. I have had some issues with battery life on a couple batteries customer service has helped so looking forward to hear more of service!
