Extremely happy with the unilux light I’ve purchased recently.Excellent customer service and super fast delivery.Amazing product,light weight,works similar to a cordless light ,good battery life.Worth the money and I’m really satisfied with the product.

Excellent products and customer service ! I have been using the headlight with my original loupes since the company’s inception. The light is excellent quality and has proved very durable. Value is excellent. I just replaced one of my batteries after almost 10 years ! They have always taken good care of me and I recommend to all who wish to perform a better quality of care. Shout out to Josie J in customer service for tracking down and sending me new short wires for my older light. You were great ! Thanks and best wishes to all for your continued success.

I have a headlight , I am happy but the magnet fit the face shield for headlight doesn’t stay on place.

I see your order was shipped on July 26 from our facility in Reno, NV and then just yesterday (August 22) it finally left USPS's distribution center in Chicago. I don't have an answer as to why USPS held the package for so long - this can happen occasionally with international orders. Most international orders arrive without issue but some can experience delays like this. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will work with our USPS Representatives to achieve better results in the future. At this point, the best solution is to wait for the original package which is on it's way.

I wrote to the sales department asking for specific information on a particular product, the AirLux Wireless Headlamp System. I was put in touch with Michelle Brown who was more than willing to assist, answer all my questions and facilitate my order. When it comes to loupes it's great knowing I am in good hands with Michelle from Lumadent!

Absolutely terrible service. I have been trying to get Ergoprism loupes for two months. I paid more than a month ago. The response time for telephone calls/messages and emails has been 10-14 days, causing repeated delay, only to have the photos I submitted called "great!" but not good enough - they all need retaken. I followed their instructions precisely, for example, wearing the frames they sent in the fit kit for all the photos. Yet their only details on what to do differently were "you did not wear the frames sent in the fit kit for the photos" and "use higher resolution" (than the highest resolution on my Samsung phone? What resolution then?). I asked for details so I could make the proper changes, but have never received any response. They still have my $2533.00 but are completely unresponsive and are not delivering anything, let alone the Ergoprism loupes I paid for. I really love the concept of the Ergoprism and want such a loupe, but this company cannot/will not deliver that concept, at least to me. Do NOT work with this company if you value your time, responsive customer service or a quality partner in your business. You are left completely on your own. The frustration factor is immense.

Thank gd for the Lumadent ergoprisms, the future of loupes 1. I’ve had them for two months now 2. My neck pain is gone 3. I recommend 3.3x 4. Personally it is easier for me to use the loupes while standing or while using a saddle bc then I can bring the pt down lower
