“I received my loupes and unfortunately, I see double with them. I contacted customer service and they have been emailing back and despite my request to see a live person to help with the issue or refund my money nothing has been addressed. Just keep getting emails asking what I am seeing and for various photos and measurements. To the point where I just don't know what is needed or what I am seeing. I never received the mount for my current loupes to use the new light with.”

“So far so good! Have not used my light for long, but it is definitely better quality than my last one (ultralight brand). The shipping was amazing and I got my light so fast which is super important when you need it as soon as possible! Once you work with a loupes light, hard to not have it!”

“When I ordered silver and gold lights, black and silver were shipped to me. I didn’t request black and wanted the gold one I originally ordered, so I reached out to customer service and no one responded to my email or got back to me about it. It’s more annoying than anything that I was not shipped the correct item.”

“I sent the photo of my loupes so you guys can send me appropriate attachment for my loupes ! I was sent the wrong one ;( I purchased additional ones and the universal stand for the light is not universal ;( I am happy with the light but finding the right attachments proved to be very difficult ! I spent over 80 dollars and I still can’t use my loupes / with your light”

“I recently purchased the Ergo Loupes. I sent them back because of the left ocular was misaligned. Also changed to a lower magnification thinking maybe that would help broaden the field of vision. I received them back very quickly but it was the same issue with the left eye being misaligned. I tried again adjusting the nose piece etc but to no avail. Also they’re a little heavier than other loupes I have had/used. The plus is that you can adjust your distance depending on how far the pt can or cannot recline. I did not like the fact that a expensive purchase can be delivered at your doorstep without a signature. If I would've known, then I wouldn’t send it to my residence. I would have sent them to my office.”

“Despite my order about 3 weeks ago, still have not received the product. The cable on my headlight has broken 3 times, twice with no clear traumatic source but seems like its just wearing down. I've only had the product for 4 years total. Clearly the product is suboptimal. Disappointing.”

“I got to test its durability…dropped it numerous times…so it just made sense to purchase my second Lumadent headlight (UniLUX), when my first one gave out after almost 6yrs of use as a dental hygienist.”

“I am happy with my battery and my old one lasted for almost 4 years. I am however disappointed with the quality of the cord that attaches to the head lamp. My o ring on my cord broke off into my head lamp causing my head lamp to not be able to turn on. I got the o ring out and put a new cord on my loupes and the o ring on the new cord broke in less than a day.”

“Had the traditional battery pack and decided to try the magnetic. Love it! Battery life exceeding expectations. One thing to be aware of is that the light brightness is not adjustable like it was on the traditional. Hasn't been a factor for me. Enjoy your new Lumadent!”
