“I love the light that I received from lumadent. However, I was disappointed in how expensive the shipping was when buying a $500+ item. $20+ for shipping when it was placed in an "if it fits it ships" USPS mailing package. I would normally expect at least 2 day UPS shipping if paying that amount for shipping for an expensive item. I was also able to order the rose gold on the website and then was told it wasn't available. After I messaged back, they magically found one for my order.”

“For someone who previously purchased Orascoptic loupes, I must say Lumadent Ergoprism loupes are definitely up to par with the quality of the product and clarity of the telescope. I was thoroughly impressed by the loupe's ability to help me maintain proper ergonomics. I was also a bit skeptical about measuring myself remotely, but my loupes had no issues when they came in. Unfortunately, I could not adjust properly to the wider field of vision on the Ergoprism. Luckily the customer service agents were always available to accommodate my issues. I'd definitely recommend Ergoprism Lumdadent loupes to any clinician looking to practice with perfect ergonomics.”

“I ordered a new battery, which came with a new cord that attached to my light. I don't love the switch on the cord, it's way too sensitive and the slightest bump turns it off or on. I prefer my old switch on the battery pack.”

“After paying $100 for a replacement LED module, the company could have done the work to switch out old part for new part while in possession of my LED, instead of sending me back my light with new module and instructions on how to DIY.”

“So far I’ve been happy with the ordering process for my ErgoPrism loupes. Kaitlyn from Minnesota is an excellent rep for this company! Very patient, informative and helpful. I haven’t received my loupes yet but excited to try. Kaitlyn said she’d be there to help me adjust to wearing them”

“I ordered a light for my loupes from Lumadent. It is an excellent light, very bright, 4 different brightness settings, very tight beam, two batteries, backup cord as well. 5/5. Quick shipping, batteries seem to last about a week each.”
