My loupes weren’t fabricated correctly. The loupes light is very flimsy. Low quality product overall.

Wish it came with a lens cloth and the rubber in the case is cut such that the goggles can fit without having to detach the headlight and battery

Got the products right away, no problems there. But it worked only for a fortnight then the light stopped working! No matter if I change batteries or cables from delivery. BUT old batteries and cable work.

I have been using my LumaDent loupe light (v3) for over 5 years. It has been an amazing and important part of my care! Recently, one of my batteries needed to have the cell replaced. I received so much support and the turn-around time was incredibly fast. Thank you for providing such an invaluable product and excellent customer service. LumaDent rules!!!

The HL360 LED Headlight Upgrade Kit is designed for our existing customers who are still using our older V3 headlight and wish to upgrade to our newer HL360 without buying new batteries. It does include a complete Linkage Arm (instructions on changing them here: https://lumadent.com/linkage-arm-replacement) but does not include a mount. This is because existing customers using our headlight system should already have a working mount. All of our mounts are compatible with both headlights - you should just be able to take off the V3 light and attach the HL360 in it's place and be all set without needing any additional parts. If you're in need of a new mount, they can be found here: https://lumadent.com/custom-mount.html Please let us know if you need any assistance attaching your HL360 to your loupes.

I have been a very long-time customer and have bought several lights plus sent colleagues to buy your headlight products. I always was able to reach a customer service rep when I called. Now, with whatever new system you have in place, it seems that your are deliberately trying to avoid human contact by phone. I have a problem with the last purchase (sales order # SO-71755) and I cannot get anyone to help me address it and resolve it. I had to try to reach a live human being to talk to, by calling your sales reps (Alex,Josephine, Mark) who promised that someone from main office will get back to me, but I have had no luck. I can't understand how you expect to get repeat customers to stay with your company if you are only available for online sales but no customer service. I am very, VERY disappointed in how I am being treated. I hope you will arrange someone with knowledge and authority to help, to get in touch with me ASAP.

Excellent product and customer service! Had a little hiccup with my light during 2 year warranty period and they replaced my light for free without any question. Considering it was COVID times and I live in Melbourne Australia, the turnover time was amazing. Highly recommend this company and team.

We have purchased 2 led headlights. We have had to replace 2 batteries relatively quickly because the connection cable from the light to battery became loose. The replacement cables are a nice feature, however the location of power button on the battery pack is such that the cable connection is likely to get disturbed when one tries to push on the power button. With repeated pressure, the connection eventually loosens up, hence needing a new battery.

Love my wireless light for my loupes I got from LumaDent. Had a small problem with my light. Called and got Israel Sandoval to help me. He was great. Kept in contact from start to finish. Got my light back from repair and it was still under warranty. Which I didn't except so there was no charge in fixing my problem. So happy I chose LumaDent for my wireless light. It works great and is very light. Overall the best in customer service!! Thank you Israel.

I love this light. It has an easy small press on/off lever which attaches on the side of glasses. This lever means there's no need to touch the actual power button on the battery at all throughout the day! There are 4 light intensity settings and the battery lasts for 3-4 days even at the highest illumination setting. It's comfortable, light weight, and a good customer service experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent and prompt service! I was expecting a delivery and the shipment was stolen from my apartment mailbox after I got the delivery notice. I reached out to Lumadent and was helped by Ariane who asked for a different address and reshipped my order ASAP as I would need it soon to use with my loupes for clinic. Thank you lumadent!
