“I took my wife to Milton Keynes today so she could commence Christmas shopping. She has recently damaged her hip so is temporarily having to visit shops in a wheelchair. The salesperson Grace was so helpful and knowledgeable about Lush products and spent time with my wife enabling her to purchase gifts for three people. But Grace took care of us in a wonderful way was super respectful and kind and put up with us and helped my sister (who has SO many allergies) pick a bath bomb that made her happy and excited to use.
So now thanks to the marvellous Grace my sister has found her favourite bath bomb and her new favourite shop.

“I had never entered a Lush shop before, the gorgeous smell lured me inside this one. I was greeted by a lovely young man in the Milton Keynes branch, who asked if I needed help. I said can I have a little browse and he let me do so. Afterwards I explained who I was buying for and he helped me tremendously, he demonstrated bath bubble bars, the bath bombs were just perfect for my 7 year old granddaughter, I’m so excited to give them to her!
I wish I’d have asked the young man’s name, he was so helpful. All I know is that he used to work in Lush in the Arndale shopping centre Luton before it closed. I will be going into Milton Keynes more often as this was a lovely experience and I cannot wait to go back and get some of the lovely hand cream discs, my hands have never been this soft before!”
