“No spaces available at long stay - had to park in a 'non space' after 20mins of looking otherwise would have missed flight. No attendants and no signs. Unacceptable and very expensive for a rubbish service. Bus service was good although you spend longer looking for a space.”

“Way out: On entering the long stay car park we got stuck behind the bus going round because there's no room to get by, found a space by which time bus had gone! Waited 15-20 mins for next one with about 15 other people. By the time the bus left to go to the airport we were packed on. Way back: waiting at bus stop for 15 mins, bus stop crammed with people, ONE bus turns up, can't fit everyone, we were like a tin of sardines again! Car park needs a big lay out change so you don't get every car piled up behind the bus as it goes round , and need more frequent buses.”

“The drivers of the inter connecting buses both ways were rude and uncooperative. On arrival I was 20 metres away from the shelter and my wife at the bus asked the driver to wait what would have been 15 seconds but he refused and drove off. It was cold and pouring with rain. It's this sort of thing that would make me look for any alternate airport for my next journey”

“Potholed, stony and dusty wasteland with no road markings and absolutely no indication of where the free spaces are. Drove up a row of parked cars to discover that there was no exit at the other end and I'd have to execute a turn in a very narrow space to escape. The enormous Range Rover behind me wasn't able to and had to reverse all the way! The row I eventually parked in was the same - lucky there were spaces, since several cars had entered the row and trying to escape all at the same time would have been a nightmare. When I came back (at night) to collect my car it took me about 10 minutes to work out how on earth to reach the exit, since it's not signposted and as previously mentioned there are no road markings. I would say avoid, but obviously if you want to park at Luton airport you haven't got many other choices...”

“It was normal. Efficient because all the bays were well marked. Buses could have been more frequent and the outbound was very over full. I found the parking cost a little too steep too.”

“Easy to book online. Entrance and spaces well sign posted. Bus to and from took less than 5 mins with a wait of about 10. I believe they are on a 15 min cycle. And reasonable value.”

“Straight forward...no issues or problems with the ticket/time on return...very easy...using this car park for more than 14 years in a regular basis, 3-4-5 times a year...great service. Thank you and highly recommended...Mr & Mrs Neil Parfitt”

“Convenient location close to airport and M1. Also did not have to wait too long for the bus. Online prepayment also made a quick getaway possible. Solid 5 star if entire carpark had proper tarmac instead of loose gravel in some areas.”

“Very worried that you should ask for a review in view of the fact that we have not travelled yet and are not travelling until 17 June. I do hope your records are correct and that our booking Ref KPR50 us still good!"!!”

“With the help of the information on the voucher and the good signage at the airport the Long Term Car Park was easy to find and so simple to use. If I have the opportunity to yes Luton Airport again, then I'll have no hesitation in booking the car park again.”
