Short stay car park is poorly designed with dead ends in some rows, making it difficult to find a space.

Parking area was clean and well organised, transfer to the terminal was quick. Only signage from main road to the Parking was very poor, also road surface was not in the best condition. Overall experience was good ;o)

It was very cold and I was freezing my nads off...but I did park my car yay! Happy times in the end.

All good experience until leaving at 23.15 when inspite if prepaying and putting parking ticket in exit barrier it told me I owed £100- easily resolved when I spoke with barrier operator and gave booking reference but took 10 mins to answer call for assistance at barrier which was a bit frustrating when I had a long drive home late at night .

location was really convenient for terminal building and good value for money. booking, arrival and departure was seamless. car park surface needs attention as quite a few pot holes - one of which i hit

too expensive, mid term car park has very poor surface and lighting. your rates are way above other european airports. Put some money back into a new surface and lighting. Bus not as frequent at night too

Car park is bit like a building site basically fine. I prepaid but the system didn't realise and I had to speak with operator but it was fine. Price for 3 days was good.

I love the convenience of the mid term car park. However: - the ground is uneven and I've tripped over there more than once - the barrier system doesn't seem to be tied into the pre-booking system - I'm not sure I've ever been let out automatically, I always have to ask for assistance. - I'd like to know how long I have to wait until the next bus (especially in long term). I know that they go very regularly, but live signage would be nice. - Signage to the nearest bus stop would be great, especially when it's late, or when you have old people with you who aren't as mobile as they used to be.

Felt the parking was overpriced. Also when leaving the car park my code did not work and I had to wait a very long time for someone to answer the intercom.

Poor parking surface and although pre-paid when I went to leave the car park the machine demanded more money. Was resolved via the intercom. Price was good.

Short term cark park close, and always has space. Good value if booked sufficiently in advanve - but number plate recognition doesn't always work which can result in a scary charge appearing which requires manual override by the service desk.

The system didn't recognise me on arrival and therefore I had to speak to an operator when I was leaving.

The parking and the bus service to the terminal met my expectations, however while exiting the car park the barrier machine would not recognise my number plate, prompting me to pay again. So I rang the buzzer and waited for over 5 minutes for some one to answer my call and collect my reservation number before the barrier was raised. I would have given 4 stars had this not been the case. Over all I believe it's good value for money.

Carpark entry / exit was easy, and good value for money when booked in advance. However, the walk to the carpark is quite a long way, out in the open, when it was raining. Also, the surface of the car park was quite broken up. Comparing with other airports, like Stansted, the experience wasn't so good. That said, I will be using the parking next time I fly...
