The time and petrol wastage it takes trying to find a space is ridulous, you might aswell park at Airparks a few miles away and save all the hassle... Fly from Luton 8-10 times a year, have a always gone with Airparks.. Thought I'd give Luton Longstay a go... Never again !!!

Huge price saving paying in advance online but the number plate recognition at the car park is disgraceful. I've been three times and the machine has tried to charge me again every time, forcing me to speak to an operator to get it resolved. Other than that there is plenty of spaces and the buses are frequent.

Maybe it's me, but I always find the signposting of Luton airport to be appalling. It's fine for a bit, and then, at the last moment, disappears. That never helps my experience of parking at Luton Airport. However, the online booking worked fine, and the cameras recognised my car on entry and exit. The shuttle bus was acceptably frequent, clean and quick. Unfortunately for me, there seemed to be very, very little space in the car park (partly due to a lot of spectacularly bad/selfish parking) , and I ended up parked at the far, far end beyond bus stop C, so it was a bit of a schlep with the bags, especially as out on the frontier there's a lot of gravel, which doesn't mix well with wheelie bags. Overall, fine for the money, but a couple of little details could vastly improve the experience, IMHO.

Luton airport parking is an excellent experience, it is so easy and convenient everything ran so smoothly and is very reasonabley priced, we will use it every time we fly from luton

The car park itself is fine but i was very annoyed that I could not find the return bus bay (No.3) As you exit the arrivals area there is a clear sign stating that the bus for the Medium Term Car Park can be picked up at at Bay 3 but no indication where the Hell Bay 3 is. When you are pulling 2 heavy cases the last thing you want is to be searching for Bay3. I asked two airport staff where it was and each said ' Ithink it's over there' each pointing in different directions. It's surely elementary thar the sign stating which bay for the Medium term carpark is accompanied by a sign showing where the bus bays are.

Haven't flown from Luton for many years but would definitely fly from there again in the near future.much improved.priority parking was great.

It's like driving into the Third World after the USA has bombed it. Huge craters and broken Tarmac everywhere with hardly any free spaces which are very tight. No wonder they don't put pictures of the actual car park on the website. Don't expect premium parking at a premium price and don't even think about bringing a premium car here! Shocking - choose the mid term car park if you can, it's actually better than this lol.

Very few parking spaces, took 10 minutes to find a space. The signs saying SPACES not only guided you up a no entry but there were no spaces.

We used Drivefly and they were diabolical!We rang as soon as the bags were collected but still had to wait 45 minutes for our car to arrive.Meet&Greet?????Will not use them again.

My ticket never worked had to wait ages for a rude man to tell me he had outher people to deal with before he opend the barrier.

Potholes everywhere, litter everywhere, very tight parking spaces and hard to read white lines indicating exit etc. Overall poor value for money and a bad welcome back to Luton.

Infrequent bus, overcrowded bus, car park so full that cars were parked in the aisles, meaning it took longer and was harder to find spaces. Poor and uneven surface. In short a miserable start and finish to my trip.

We used the Mid-stay car park at Luton Airport for a four day, three night break. Pre booking was very simple with the cost displayed and nothing hidden. The car park is well signed when entering the airport both with text and the block background colouring. Upon arrival I collected a ticket at the entry gate and found a space. The park was very busy and we had to park at the far end. This wasn’t a problem as the bus stop wasn’t far away and ample paths. The bus arrived within minutes for both our collections to and from the car park. The bus was clean, tidy and we had a welcoming driver on both journeys. Upon leaving the car park I realised I’d lost my ticket but I pressed the help button at the exit gate where a friendly member of staff took my reference number and lifted the gate. Having looked at the alternatives of parking further off site I wouldn’t hesitate in using this car park again.

Not satisfied at all. I've booked parking online and I've had to pay again while leaving the parking because system didn't recognised my car plate. Tried to contact customer service but no response since two months, very bad experience
