“Easy to find the car park- well signposted Not too cramped parking spaces Bus stops are really conveniently located around parts of the car park Buses are regular and take you directly to departures 5*”

“Not enough spaces in short stay, atrocious signage (for both vehicles and pedestrians), poor planning (excess barriers round lighting fixtures further reducing spaces, no clear pedestrian routes, poor trolley access in car park), Luton airport is a hole and to be avoided if at all possible.”

“Ok, shuttle buses could be more frequent. Also I don't see why the price varies in relation to whether the parking space is booked in advance over the internet or at the time of departure. Why should it ?£££”

“We used the Short Term car park. Easy access, very convenient. No waiting for a transfer bus, just a very short walk to the terminal building. Would highly recommend.”

“Online booking was straight forward and the Car Park location/directions were good and easy to follow. All went very smoothly on my arrival to and departure from the car park as well as the transfer to and from the terminal.”

“Top money for not a lot compared to the likes of Stansted and Gatwick! Poor surface, the worst bus shelter ever designed and grumpy bus drivers. Apart from that, fine. Seriously though, the bus shelter offered no protection from the wind and rain - this seriously needs looking at. I shan't be going back and I certainly wouldn't even consider the short term option. The off site independent is much better value for money if you don't mind the extra wait for the bus which I won't in future.”

“The parking was only 3 or 4 mins on the bus to the airport terminal and the busses seem to run regular, every 10 or 15 mins or so. We did however get a shock upon our return when we inserted the ticket at the barrier and it asked us to pay £168! We had already booked and prepaid online before we left and so a phone call was made quoting the ref number and the barrier was raised for us ????”

“We were delayed by 4 and half hours from Switzerland so our car parking had over run on time, but speaking to an attendant he let us through as it was late at night and we had a tiring day . This was very much appreciated. Thank you.”

“Booking, entry and exit are all superb. However, the quality of the road surface in the short stay car park leaves a lot to be desired. It resembles a waste ground not an airport car park!”
