The short term car park was poorly signposted for space availability and the road surface was a disgrace for the cost charged

The mid term car park is great but could benefit from being able to walk to the terminal. The short term which I used in the same week needs resurfing and remarking

I seem to have trouble with the number plate recognition part of the process - I got my number on my entry ticket but when I came to leave my plate wasn't recognised and I had to call to get the barrier raised. Is this my fault or does the camera angle need to be wider or wasn't the camera working?

I don't think it was very clear that I was in the correct parking area I parked and then asked a member of staff but even on leaving still felt unsure although I was in the right place. Clearer signs would help but overall a good experience

Easy quick and great value! The only downside was that when we put the ticket into the machine on exit, the barrier wouldn't raise and the display said we owed £250! however, we pressed the "assistance" button and the lady couldn't have been more helpful. After checking our reservation in a matter of seconds, we were on our way. She had a very pleasant manner and was very efficient. We booked the short stay car park and there was no option to park in a disabled spot for more than 45 minutes...although you can park longer in the mid and long term car parks at Luton. However, would thoroughly recommend Airparks. We have used them before and will definitely use them again.

Like the fact it's close to the terminal, know where the car is whilst away and have always found the transfer time to be quick and efficient. Cost is reasonable and given where we are travelling from it is easiest for us to park there than travel elsewhere.

I pre-paid for the parking. Upon arrival, we went through the barrier and parked. Noticed that the numberplate was not printed on the ticket. There were no signs telling you what to do in this case. Luckily a van with a parking warden drove past and we flagged it down. The chap was helpful and told us what to do, however he did mention that the ANPR cameras are very intermittent. These obviously need to be replaced with more reliable items, but also there needs to be some sign-age on what to do in the case where it hasn't worked. Also the tarmac is way passed its best and very uneven. There where also a good number of vehicles in the row we parked in (between 10 and 11) that were parked very badly, effectively taking two spaces.

The short stay car park was closed as it was full, meaning we had to park in the medium stay car park. This was a little inconvenient, but the bus service was good and we had 30 minutes free.

Having booked on line and followed the instructions I found upon attempting to exit that the barrier would not lift as it was demanding £72 for an over-stay. I had been parked for about 30 hours. I pressed the button and the person I spoke to asked for my reference number which, luckily, i had to hand. He then opened the barrier BUT a queue had formed behind me as one of the other barriers was having a problem too. Clearly the technology isn't working correctly,. Meanwhile, my sister used the VIP parking service which was excellent. She had a flat tyre and the people helped her pump it up. They were awesome,

Short stay is clse to airport so it is convenient. Could do with resurfacing and repainting of lines though.

I was pleased with the rapid access into and out of the car park - excellent. I was disappointed to be parking on dirt and not tarmac. It had clearly rained while I was away and the dirt had "bounced" onto the lower part of my car. I would use the car park again - simply because it is easy to access. Next time I'll know not to wash my car the day before.

Booking was easy, getting in and parked was easy, getting out not so easy! Used the short stay having pre-booked but number plate recognition system did not work (and not for the first time) so had to queue to get out the barrier along with several other drivers who appeared to have a similar problem.

Why is it that when I pre book and pay for short term parking, when I get to the exit barrier, it always shows circa 4 - 5 times more cost that I pre paid and I have to press the alarm button to verify my details and ask to be let out ???
