Delayed flight back meant a whopping £36 additional charge. Uneven surface in car park, riddled with potholes. No clear signage or marked parking bays. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Drop and go. Approaching airport trying to find it was hard ended up in bus lanes. We got to the correct place eventually, only to find when we tried to get out of drop and go the machine was registering our money 2.50 but the barrier didn't raise, we put another 2.00 and the barrier then came up. In total we were there their 2 minutes. Costing £4.50, we were not the only people experiencing difficulties is this the way you gain your money! Luton airport we are waiting for an explanation.

Luton Short Stay car park is not fit for purpose and seems to have been deteriorating in physical appearance over a number of years. Missing space markers, confusing layout, muddy, slippery and without adequate surfaces to support dragging luggage from and to your car. Lagging in covered walkways further adds to the negative experience on a wet day.

Easy to book and easy to park, apart from the system not recognising by booking and a few minutes talking to someone through the barrier microphone to raise the barrier, all good and I would definitely use this car park again..

Location and ease of entry and exit were excellent. On the day of our arrival however there was a distinct shortage of available parking spaces and it took us quite a while to find a space. This is compounded by the lack of parking control in terms of bay markings or attendants, resulting in some customers parking in a haphazard manner utilizing more than one space. The car park surfacing is also in need of upgrading.

This was the second time we had used priority parking and will be using again in the summer. Friendly helpful staff, as close to the airport as you can get and your car is there ready and waiting for you when you return. I had read reviews that said peoples cars had been driven more than necessary mine had been driven 2.9 miles.

The long stay car park is not signed posted very well Would just like to add the driver of the bus on our return journey was very rude to another group of passengers

The charge for parking for a week was reasonable. The mid-term park was very convenient for the terminal and the bus-service good. The only adverse comment I have to make was that the ticket machine did not recognise that I had pre-paid and tried to charge me £160. That meant that I had to reverse out of the queue and go to customer services. The staff member sorted the problem quickly, but this really shouldn't happen.

absolutely dreadful in the short term carpark. pre booked? dont bother .its a free for all, park as you like. double yellow lines , just ignore them.

Experience was very good but we staid on the expensive short stay so no hassle with the shuttle. Last time, we staid at the medium or long stay and had to take the shuttle and it was a different ball game especially because of the shuttle (like tube experience but worse with people having suitcases and prefering letting them in the middle or on seats (yes!!) rather than on the empty rack... In order to avoid this nightmare we went for the pricy option free "hassle-shuttle" Unfortunately, we were not asked to give any feedback on this occasion...

I was travelling with my 3 year old son and was a bit worried by having to park & get the bus but it was so easy and we didn't have long to wait for busses either going or returning. We pre-paid which made things easier too.

Car park is difficult to find, not gold signs but p with yellow square around. Confusing as entrance is so close to pick up. Although we had pre paid, the details didn't print onto the ticket when we pulled in, so on trying to exit the car park, screen said we owed £180! Had to wait for someone to answer intercom to be let out, thought it should run a little more smoothly! Have prepaid at other airport car parks and not had same issue.
