“The mid term car park was advertised as running every 10 minutes but on the way back I waited longer than that. I also forgot where I was as the only guide was the bus stop. Perhaps a number at the top and bottom of each row?”

“Entering and exiting the car park was a pain as NPR did not work. Poorly marked ,uneven ,badly tarmacked parking bays. Buses to airport not as frequent as advertised.”

“Parked in the mid term car park, which was nearly full so had to drive round looking for a space. Bus was prompt for outward journey, but had to wait ages on return.”

“A good service with booking and buses was let down by long queues at the exit barrier. Despite pre booking and paying we waited twenty minutes to get out. Then when arriving at the barrier the ticket was not recognised. The person who eventually answered the call said "he was having to do everything" very poor service.”

“I have not used the parking yet. Very distressing to receive this request as it made me worry that the booking was wrong. I have since reconfirmed the booking as being in July.I would be grateful for an explanation as to how this has occurred.”

“Although I prepaid for parking and followed the instructions to the letter, I still had to press the help button on exit as your system wanted me to pay again. In addition, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus from the terminal to the car park on return. I could have walked there faster. On a positive note, I found parking easily and only had a short wait for the bus from the car park to the terminal (about 5 minutes)”

“Easy to find and quick to get to the airport. Our flight was delayed so we were a couple of hours over what I'd quoted when booking online - Was asked to pay an additional £84 when we got to the gate but spoke to the staff and quoted our reference number and they sorted it for us :) Would highly recommend booking online - saves so much time!”

“I have stayed at this car park before. never had long to wate for a bus. some one going out had trouble with the barrieres and was held up in a que but when it was finelly sorted out we all just sailed through.”

“Booking was straighforward and the ANPR at the car park did its job well. The car park is well signposted so it's easy to gind you vehicle when you return. The wait for the bus too and from the terminal was no longer than expected.”

“Initially parking was good at 04.30 in the morning. However on the return journey we had to wait at least 25 minute's for the bus, Thankfully we were able to board the bus but many could not due to the numbers waiting. It was like a rugby scrum to achieve the boarding with all present risking personal injury from other people s luggage and the pushing and shoving of all and sundry. Not a good experience. When trying to leave the car park only one barrier was in operation which was partially blocked by several construction workers who were pouring concrete from a mixer lorry adjacent to the only operating exit lane. The said concrete splashing all over, not only mine but several other cars queuing to exit. Realising that this would damage my paintwork if the chemicals in the concrete were to allowed to cure I pulled into a near by garage and was able to wash it off before any permanent damage was done. all in all NOT a good experience at all.”

“It was easy to access the parking from the M1, although the signs at the airport definitely need refreshing-- the directions said to follow the pink signs, but the signs are so faded you can barely see them! The whole car park feels like it could use a refresh- the ground could use resurfacing and the walls in the waiting areas are not securely fastened so they flap around in the wind. That said-- the service was great. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes on either end, and transfer took about 10 minutes. I would definitely park there again.”
