“I had pre-booked but when I came to leaving the barrier asked for another £145 but then I pressed the buzzer and your team informed me that there was no further charge - it did cause a moment of concern.”

“The ease of parking at Luton is fantastic. I park in the mid term car park which is only 5 mins from the airport terminal and busses are very frequent , every 5 mins or so. Takes a lot of the hassle and stress out of the whole flying experience.”

“Clear directions and instructions on how to find the carpark reduced the stress and panic of finding where to park, and the guys greeting you were friendly and informative of what to do both for dropping off the car and what to do on my return. Great service, making a stressful time much more pleasant.”
