It took me 10 minutes to walk to the airport across a dirty, pot-holed surface with no real pedestrian walkway. I had park quite far away. Also there were no trolleys close to my car. For the high cost I should get a better service than this.

3 stars because booking was easy, but lost marks because I've been asked to review the parking experience several months before my actual booked dates!

Very close to the airport and the busses are frequent. Only negative for us was that as we weren't going straight to the airport, but to stay in a hotel (Ibis) for the night before flying it wasn't clear how to get out on foot. In fact there is only one main entrance/exit which is sign posted to not allow pedestrians. We didn't much fancy taking a bus to the airport to then have to walk all the way back to the hotel over the road, so living dangerously we ignored the signs. Maybe the bus would have taken us via the hotel but that wasn't clear if it is the case. We'd definitely use the airport car parks again though. The whole process is smooth and without any confusion, the cameras on the way in are good to get yor ticket quickly by recognising your number plate. Exit could have been better - there are cameras on the way out but you still have to insert yor ticket. No doubt the system could recognise the number plate on the way out as well and save hunting around for the ticket and the mild panic of not being able to find it then remembering that you left it under the driver sun visor! These are minor points though and wouldn't stop me using again.

The booking process, and the getting in and out of the car park is fine, but that actual state of the car park is appalling. For a car park at a modern airport where people are turning up with luggage and may have mobility issues for the surface to be totally untarmacked, uneven and unmarked, thereby making it difficult to park and wheel luggage across to the airport is unacceptable.

Due to high winds my flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours. I booked parking till 2300 to allow for a slight delay but ended up checking out at the car park barrier at 0006. For this 1hr6min late exit I was charged a late fee of £21. This seems excessive to me. By being 6mins into the next day maybe I was charged for an extra days parking, again excessive in my opinion.

We got held up for a whole day in Geneva due to a 'major technical fault' that the plane developed on its way from Luton to Geneva. You charged £37 for that day - disgracefull taking advantage of something out of our control!! I've used you many times before and always come away thinking we've done the right think but not now! If you value my custom you'll be phoning to offer me half of it back so that its a 'fair' charge but I'm 99.9% confident you won't call! Chris Haines 07939 551770

We were directed to park near bus stop six in the available spaces but the buses were not stopping as they were too full. I appreciate it was school holidays but running more than one bus during busy times would prevent this. Thank fully we always leave plenty of time before our flight.

Parked for a week in April 2015. Good pick-up and drop-back bus service for the terminal. Entrance to car park was a bit confusing as some of the road markings need updating. Only slight issue is the car park has been laid with large stones which have not yet bedded in and are strewn across the lanes - good reason to drive slowly if you don't want them flicking up and damaging bodywork. If you prefer self parking at a reasonable price then this is a good option.

A very easy to use booking platform. It worked first time, was much more cost effective than paying on the day (almost half the cost). The transfer to the terminal was swift and efficient, and everything worked as it should. Ten out of ten from me!

Conveniently located, easy to find and quick transfers. Would definitely use again. Don't think much of the policy to charge for dropping people off though.

I got confused as to where the entrance was for the pre-book parking as i thought this was the priority parking until a taxi driver told me i had to use the next entrance along which looked more like the disabled entrance.

My registration was not picked upon entry and upon exiting I was issued with a request for the far higher non prebooked rate instead of simply going through. Matter was however resolved upon speaking to a staff member via the phone system at the gate. Due to the time of night there was no big queue so no inconvenience caused to other users and it was speedily resolved. It may have been different had there been a number of cars behind me. Leaving this aside everything else was fine and would use both the carpark and the short term at that.
