“We used the long stay parking facility. This is a long way from the airport and the parking charges should reflect this which currently is rather high as compared to other car parks.”

“The parking was as described, easy to locate and plenty of space. Unfortunately, at 1 in the morning, when faced with an excess charge because of the late arrival of my flight - I was not advised by the machine that paying by credit card attracted a fee - and was disappointed to have to pay this too.”

“Used Mid Term, paid online in advance. Car Park well signed on approach and bus at stop within 2 or 3 mins of arriving there. Quick trip to terminal. On return we only waited about 2 mins for bus. Very impressed”

“I took the mid term mainly because I expected there to be a footpath option as I was returning on Boxing Day and thought the shuttle might be less frequent. Without the walking option I might as well use the Long Term and save a little money. However, the system worked perfectly so no problems with the parking.”

“Really excellent and convenient. Booked well in advance so very good rate (though even relatively last minute is worth it for the convenience of being effectively on-site). Bus came quickly, both for pick-up and delivery. Delighted!”

“The recognition system for car registrations was not working, meaning I had to use the help button when entering and leaving the car park. On both occasions I had to wait a few minutes for an answer. I then had to provide my reference details for my prepaid booking. This is time consuming and not expected, adding annoyance to the process. Car park is in a very bad state, more like parking on a post demolition site than a car park.”

“Apart from the NPR camera failing to register my car registration number on the ticket at entry, just fine. I always have to buzz for help at checkout which is rather annoying seeing as I pay so much for the cp, so will probably go elsewhere next time”

“Parking was fine. Bus was as expected. Quality of car park needs work, we were parked in mud and gravel whilst away. Also a bit of a scare at the barriers after entering pre-paid ticket and it displaying that I had a £96 charge to pay! Luckily assistance was quick.”

“Short Term Carpark over New Year for 3 days. Very reasonable when booked in advance and an incredibly quick and easy walk to and from the terminal. On the return leg the whole process at Luton was so fast that we were driving out of the airport 20 minutes after the aircraft wheels touched the runway.”
