This is nothing more than a part tarmac, part dirt car park. When I picked up my car it was covered in dust. The car park is not properly marked out and very poor value for over £89 for one week. The ONLY thing that is ok is the fact that you can walk to the terminal.

Grossly over-priced, the ANPR cameras don't work (so I always have to call on the buzzer to be let out), the online booking system is unreliable, and there's no way that the short stay car park is "2-3 mins walk away" unless you happen to walk at 15mph or so.

The car park was full and it took me over 10 minutes to find a space. Free spaces should be better indicated.

I pre booked and, for the third time in a row, I was charged £70 at the exit. Rude operator said she was not personally charging me that, when I asked why are you charging me this. No apology for the inconvenience. You need to fix your number recognition software! My car number is a standard UK plate so this should work. Thanks

I have used the short term car park advance booking twice so far and both times at the barrier on the way out I was asked to pay whereas the ticket was prepaid. Ok they let me through once I let them have the reference but there is something wrong with the systems.

I pre-booked the short stay car park as it said on the official airport website that the car park is just 2-3 minutes walk from the terminal. However when I arrived I discovered that that the car park is considerably further than this, which wouldn't have been too bad except it was pouring with rain and the car park surface is very poor, with broken tarmac, gravel in places and lots of puddles. This makes dragging a wheeled suitcase somewhat arduous. I had to park about an 8-10 minute walk from the terminal as the car park was quite full. The numberplate recognition worked okay. The signing for the short stay carpark is not clear near the entrance as there is a drop off place too which it can be confused with. Very poor quality experience compared to other airports such as Birmingham, Stanstead and Gatwick.

Used the car park twice recently and both times the barrier has failed to open on the way out and said I owe for my parking when I had pre paid. Also couldn't find my car the second time, my fault I couldn't remember the area I parked in but could there be a better system for this?

It took me 10 minutes to walk to the airport across a dirty, pot-holed surface with no real pedestrian walkway. I had park quite far away. Also there were no trolleys close to my car. For the high cost I should get a better service than this.

The booking process, and the getting in and out of the car park is fine, but that actual state of the car park is appalling. For a car park at a modern airport where people are turning up with luggage and may have mobility issues for the surface to be totally untarmacked, uneven and unmarked, thereby making it difficult to park and wheel luggage across to the airport is unacceptable.

Due to high winds my flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours. I booked parking till 2300 to allow for a slight delay but ended up checking out at the car park barrier at 0006. For this 1hr6min late exit I was charged a late fee of £21. This seems excessive to me. By being 6mins into the next day maybe I was charged for an extra days parking, again excessive in my opinion.

We were directed to park near bus stop six in the available spaces but the buses were not stopping as they were too full. I appreciate it was school holidays but running more than one bus during busy times would prevent this. Thank fully we always leave plenty of time before our flight.

Followed sign to "spaces".. No spaces Found spaces in c18.. Way too far from bus stop C.. How about a bus stop D?? Maybe in roundabout! Waited 10 mins for bus which was disappointing on such a busy Easter weekend. At terminal.. Medium stay stop is further from terminal than long stay! Why? Didn't it cost more for a better service? Shouldn't it be closer than other companies stops?

Whilst the booking process was relatively easy to use, I found the condition of the car park itself to be poorly maintained and not reflective of the premium rate charged.

Use these reasonably frequently for Business travel - overall they are as good as anywhere else, but always keep your booking refernece with you as the number plate recognition never seems to work. Its always sorted out well, but frustrating delays after travelling

Top money for not a lot compared to the likes of Stansted and Gatwick! Poor surface, the worst bus shelter ever designed and grumpy bus drivers. Apart from that, fine. Seriously though, the bus shelter offered no protection from the wind and rain - this seriously needs looking at. I shan't be going back and I certainly wouldn't even consider the short term option. The off site independent is much better value for money if you don't mind the extra wait for the bus which I won't in future.

The car park surface is terrible. It had been raining, but it was full of puddles, many many potholes and lots of mud. Partially as a consequence of this, the parking bays were not clearly marked. In addition, the signposts were virtually non-existent. Also, upon exit I was one of several cars I witnessed having problems whereby, despite pre-paying, there was a request for additional payment. This was resolved upon contacting via the intercom, but this took a long time as so many other cars clearly had the same problem. I also felt that the cost was too high for a short stay.
