It was really hard to find where actual car park is.Address on website took us to the airport,and we loose a lot of time to find where it is.Direction was poor.

Easy to find. Parked straight away, bus transfers good but was asked to pay for our parking on exit. Pressed the button for assistance, explained paid for online and gave our ref code, the barrier was then lifted for us to exit.

Short stay carpark was really packed it was difficult to find a space, long walk to the terminal, cars blocking the footpath not easy to navigate, came to the fence and had to walk a long way around. At the barrier the camera failed to pick up my registration plate so had to call attendant to exit, short wait but got out quickly thereafter

It took us ages to find a space, which was right at the back of the car park and quite a long walk to the nearest bus stop. No problems with either bus transfer, which were excellent. As an aside, I think the policy of charging to drop people off (and using a camera car to check it) is outrageous, to such an extent that it would discourage me from using Luton if I had a choice. It's like Luton is becoming the Ryan Air of airports.

The car park was uneven and only part metalled. We were 2.5 hours late due to French air traffic controllers strike and we were charged £21.00 extra!!

The frequency (15 mins) should be increased, especially during busy periods as this leads to overcrowding.

Quick and efficient service. Online booking very straight forward. Unfortunately ANPR system did not issue me a ticket with the Booking reference on it. However Customer Help was able to quickly match my reference upon exiting the car park without inccuring any additional costs.

I often find that pre-booking does not work very well. I often get stopped and asked for payment on the way out, despite having pre-paid. Also, last time, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I arrived in Luton after midnight so I was charged for an extra day. What is your provision for delayed flights when teh parking has been pre-booked?

No experience at all as couldn't travel...and couldn't cancel either (as was too late). Any chance of using this money towards future booking?

The last two times I have parked at Luton airport I have gone to leave and been told I have an outstanding payment and then have to contact someone to let me out because I had paid and booked online and don't have any money outstanding. It's a little frustrating when this happens as it does worry you which isn't what you want when you have just returned from your holiday.

Once I got to the car park I was unsure where to park, the instructions / lines / signs could be clearer, took ages to find a space. I had to park at the very top and was very worried whether it was ok to park there.

Very close to the airport and the busses are frequent. Only negative for us was that as we weren't going straight to the airport, but to stay in a hotel (Ibis) for the night before flying it wasn't clear how to get out on foot. In fact there is only one main entrance/exit which is sign posted to not allow pedestrians. We didn't much fancy taking a bus to the airport to then have to walk all the way back to the hotel over the road, so living dangerously we ignored the signs. Maybe the bus would have taken us via the hotel but that wasn't clear if it is the case. We'd definitely use the airport car parks again though. The whole process is smooth and without any confusion, the cameras on the way in are good to get yor ticket quickly by recognising your number plate. Exit could have been better - there are cameras on the way out but you still have to insert yor ticket. No doubt the system could recognise the number plate on the way out as well and save hunting around for the ticket and the mild panic of not being able to find it then remembering that you left it under the driver sun visor! These are minor points though and wouldn't stop me using again.

The ease of parking was OK but the maintenance of the car park not so good. Plus point is It is a quick and convenient place to park. Down point is I had to park a long way from the exit to the terminal and there is no cover from the weather.
