Poor sign posting to enter & exit car park & around that area of the airport in general - road markings are practically non-existent. Poor car park surface - gravel so car was covered in dust on return & difficult to pull a suitcase along. Difficulty finding a free space - rows were a dead end so involved reversing the length to try another row. Pre-paid parking - ticket did not register this on departure & had to wait for call to be answered to be able to exit.

Yet again when I went to leave the car park it told me that I had not paid. So had to press the button and speak to a very unhelpful lady to explain I had booked on line. Eventually after giving her my booking reference she said 'there you go' which I took to mean I could go now. However I waited and waited but the barier still did not rise. So I pushed the help button again And let her know I still could not get out where upon she snapped at me and asked if I'd pressed the stop button. Not possessing telepathic skills I had not realised that 'there you go' actually meant press the stop button. But finally I was released and was able to make my way home. Not the best level of customer service to be honest!

You really need to have an automated system so that when you prepay you don't have to call the help but it's really silly part from that good

Ok just. Shuttle bus driver deliberately drove off before we could get to bus even though he could see we were nearly there. On exit gate didn't auto open, demanded £70. had to wait for operator to release us remotely eventually.

Simplicity itself to book, park and collect on return from the transfer bus. Cameras recognise your number plate on entry so there's no messing about. Definitely recommended.

Safe, secure, hardly any time waiting for the bus from and to the long term car park - why would you park your car anywhere else for a week.

I always pre book and on the last 2 occasions the number plate recognition hasn't worked and the machine trys to charge me again on exit. I then have to go through everything with the person on the intercom. It's getting a bit tedious and I am a regular user of the car park, if it continues I will probably seek alternatives.

It was very easy to book, although it waqs in the Long Stay Carpark the buses are very regular & ther price was great. I will be using this service again & again. Tony

Would have given 5 Stars if the number plate recognising software had got my number right. However after a few minutes delay the assistance button was answered and the prepaid parking confirmed and I was released. Much to the relief of the cars behind me.
