Car park is very basic and rough, came back to find a dent in front passenger door.

Poor surface in mid term - lots of potholes. Exit route wrongly signposted. Only merit was good bus service.

paid for it in advance. When entering car park got a ticket with a wrong plate number so when leaving was asked to pay additional £80. All sorted in the end

Even though I had pre-booked when we put our ticket in the barrier it said we owed £80. We tried ringing the number but no answer and then had to press for assistance at barrier.

System did not read my number on arrival - so pre boking not worked and had to go through the " press button for assistance" routine on departure. Not a big thing I know but this has happened every time I have used this car park ( and no where else). Short term car is rutted and poorly marked dirt/gravel -

Too expensive. Too slow to enter due to poor access roads. Short term car park still to far way from terminal building. Online booking is the best option. I travel from Luton every week and unfortunately the airport remains one of the worlds worst for facilities, conditions and charges. The parking is the best part of a continuing shocking experience.

Very long wait for the bus on the return. The bus did not go every 15 minutes as is promised for the Long Stay.

Bus frequency is less than advertised, too long to wait. I could walk to and from the terminal faster, but am prevented from doing so -why?Drivers were surly, and unhelpful.

Poor condition car park, Machine didn't recognise pre-paid ticket on exit, Road works made exit to M1 very difficult

I had to change the registration number on my booking which was done efficiently online via email. When I came to leave the car park on a wet Friday night, the machine wanted another £74 for some reason. Had to reverse out of barriers, wait to phone call centre, back to barriers, another chat at barriers via intercom and finally left car park. Not great at all

I have had to press the 'help' button when entering the Short Term car park (pre-paid) because I was given a ticket. When the person eventually answered I was informed that the camera was not working. So I had to press for a ticket and then on leaving I had to again press the 'help' button and give my reference number. All very time consuming! I also want to state what an appalling condition the surface of the Short Term car park is. Considering that this is the most expensive section to park in you could at least have all the 'pot holes' filled. Then when it is dark and raining I do not have to have totally wet feet when trying to get into my car.

I was stuck in Amsterdam due to uk airspace closing. Due to this delay, which I had no control over, I had to pay a further 24 hours worth of charges. Not was needed after a 4 hour delay.

The pickup bus to get back from the terminal took over twenty minutes to arrive. Given it's a 5 minute walk to get to the car park... that's too long. It's also annoying that there's no pedestrian entry/exit from the medium stay car park, so you're forced to wait for the bus unless you want to hop the fence. Also the barrier system never recognises my prepaid ticket on exit. I had to wait ages for someone to answer the 'help' button and manually take my booking number and let me out. Frustrating for me but also for the queue of people behind. You should provide a 'it's not my fault' for people to hold up at the barrier to sate the honking horns behind!

Plate recognised correctly on ticket but pre-booking and payment not recognised. Held at exit for a long time waiting for attendant to answer. Queue of other irate drivers behind me. I'm fortunate in having a choice over airport/parking e.g. birmingham intl. (never let me down like this in 50+ trips by car) and also mode of transport e.g. train. I will only consider Luton airport as a last resort going forward.

Waited over 15 minutes for return mid term bus when should have been every 8-10. Long term busses more regular. Wouldn't waste extra money on mid term parking again.

The car park is in bad repair with lots of pot holes and poor drainage. I paid for my parking before leaving but when I got home and put my ticket in the machine it said I owed £108. I was parked from Friday to Sunday and this really upset me. There is no one to talk to so I paid the money and emailed them on Monday morning. They replied promptly asking me to send them a copy of my receipt. I have done this yesterday, as of yet I have not had confirmation of receipt of email and no refund but I trust that they will refund my money very soon. If i do not get a refund i shall be taking it further. Other people were complaining about the charges as well at the ticket machine. I hope this is remedied quickly as as this time of year (or any) I can not afford to be that amount out of pocket

I have parked at Luton airport so often, it must have been nearly 150 times, only short or mid term. I also used the drop off around 40 times. Last two years I find parking very expensive compared to other airports and inconvenient apart from short term. Still no multi story (pain in the winter), only one bus from mid term, no easy way to get to the hotels from mid term, no good online offers any more. I'm not using Luton for the parking experience!

I was charged for 7 days and on my return had to pay an additional 31 pounds. I am awaiting a reply from customer services to my e mail yesterday Monday. P b maguire
