“Friendly staff, very efficient. We arrived, booked our vehicle in at the kiosk, gave the keys to the attendant and left our vehicle at the kiosk to be parked by the attendant. On our return we walked to the kiosk, collected our keys and our vehicle was parked opposite. The whole service was efficient and quick. Excellent. We will use the service again if using Luton Airport.”

“The Mid Term car park worked a treat, turned up recognised car took ticket. Shuttle bus worked (only issue is at airport terminal the bus stop is exposed so not so good in rain - needs canopy extending). Returned 7 days later drove to barrier put ticket in slot and hey presto up went the barrier. Again only issue was there were six cars in front of us and everyone had issues at the barrier so exit took nearly 10 minutes. As above we got to barrier, ticket in slot, up went barrier so what was wrong with all the cars in front who knows. But what is known is the area is clearly covered by CCTV and guess what - not one member of the car park staff got off their cosy office backside and came to assist -perhaps they shrink in the rain? Customer service at it's worst unfortunately . Of coarse this would have been assisted had both exit barriers have been working but needless to say one was coned off so not only car delayed but the shuttle bus. I suspect it's nor uncommon so why no staff on hand?”
