pre booked short term parking, But when arrived number plate recognition not working caused hassle in entering car park. Same problem leaving late at night waiting at barrier to get out.

As always at Luton, finding a space is a nightmare but this car park was far less chaotic than the short-term one and so much more pleasant than the long term nightmare where late buses, people trying to jump on and off to get into offices and foul language are rife. Really good at mid term though. Thanks.

Parking o.k. but very expensive. Cost more for a weeks long term parking at Luton than a weeks car hire with full insurance on holiday.

Difficult to enter at 05.00h due to the queue of cars entering the drop off point. Signage to the car park at that point not immediately obvious to a first time visitor - Me! The on line booking was a boon and easy to use. Overall a good experience and a facility that I will use again.

Everything worked really well. Polite, nice staff, the whole procedure was painless and it was so nice not to have to travel far with our luggage. In fact it was so good we have booked again for June. Its costing slightly more than a taxi would but the convenience of having our own car makes up for that. Would certainly recommend. S Moore

very easy access to and departure from the car park. the barrier reacted much more quickly than at some airport car parks we have used.

Travelling to the car park following the sign posts was very good, the disappoints were with the quality of the car park tarmac itself and the chaotic way you have to find a space. if you drive down one of the bays you look for a space you have to reverse out as there isn't anywhere to turn round. I have parked at Manchester, West Midlands, Liverpool and Glasgow and this is by far the worst.

Very congested. Small spaces. Not properly marked out. No direction to available spaces. Potholes and pools of water. No circulation at the ends of aisles - had to back out!

Everything went smoothly until I tried to exit the carpark. Vehicles in front were experiencing problems with the barrier operation - I think the number plate recognition cameras were not functioning properly.

The biggest problem that we had was actually finding somewhere to park. Having pre-booked short term parking we had expected to find a designated area for pre-booked customers. the car park is very poorly signed and at one point we had to reverse about 200 yards as we had found no space, the end of the row was blocked and there was no room to turn around!

Car park surface was very poor with large puddles of water and broken up tarmac. Poor reflection on the Airport.

My only criticism is the infrequency of shuttle buses when I arrived back at Luton; I had to wait over 30 minutes for one (on top of having an hour delay on my flight). Completely faultless service, otherwise.
