Had to call attendant to get out. Easy enough once given reference. Time and frequency of buses was a lie. Procedure not explained well enough before arrival. Didn't know whether to go through the barrier and get a ticket or not.

Very easy until we got to the exit gate and it asked us to pay £144. We spoke to security and with the reference number we were allowed to exit.

Having complied with the instructions upon leaving my car, when I returned to my car at the end of my trip, I was astounded that having read that I should present my car park ticket to the machine and that my number plate would be read to confirm who I was, I discovered that the system wish to charge me approx £100 in addition to that which I had already paid. This was despite the fact that I was 30 minutes early for my book-out time. I noticed that other people leaving the car park were having the same experience despite the fact it was 9.30 in the evening and freezing cold. Now it strikes me, that if you are going to use modern technology to run a system instead of people, you should make sure it bloody well works! The person who dealt with me was very courteous and quick to help sort out the problem with your inadequate system!

When prepaying for short stay - needs better instructions on the gate as I ended up paying again to exit and then getting a refund through customer services

Great on arrival, found a space close to the terminal entrance. However, on exit the barrier tried to charge me for the 3-days at the full short term carp park rate of £108. Had to press the button, speak to the operator who eventually let me out even though I had pre-paid. Apart from that, would use again but ensure you do NOT insert a payment card at exit otherwise you will be charged again at the full rate.

Excellent, such a quick walk to terminal, barriers recognised both inward and outward. Can't be said for many airports.

Short stay used for 4 days, still can't believe the cost of airport parking !!! but the car park was easy to find and close to the terminal, the system didn't recognise my car on arrival which meant it wanted me to pay when leaving so had to call for assistance to let me out which delayed me a little.

Car park patrol staff particularly helpful: When I returned to the car the battery was flat. I was feeling quite unlucky standing by the car in icy winds and with a crying baby, and clocking up parking minutes. Saw a member of the car park patrol and told him about the our problem. He was very friendly and quick to send a colleague over to jump start the car. A very good experience!

The condition of the car park tarmac in most places is awful. The signage is terrible. The spaces between bays are ridiculously small. To say it is 'close to the airport' is being economical with the truth when the only space you can find is at the furthest point from the entrance. The cost for parking - on what is effectively a piece of awful, ill maintained and with more than its fair share of pot holes - tarmac, is ridiculous. Whoever's responsibility it is to manage the car park should sort it out; truly terrible.

Overall a good experience, easy to find a space and close to the terminal. I have two main issues though which have stopped me from rating it better. Firstly, the condition of the car park was appalling, the road surfaces were all chewed up and road markings were non existent, particularly the marking of spaces which meant that some people had not parked properly. Secondly, I had to stop at the barrier and call the helpdesk to give them my booking reference number which took time and ended up with me holding up several other cars. It would be better if a number plate recognition system was used at the exit to make it quicker for people to get away and not hold up other cars.

The wait seemed a little longer than expected but not excessive , it was easy to find and reasonably priced compared to other airports
