“Whenever flying from Luton I always use the Airport Parking. Quick and easy.”

“Good points: The long term car park was easy to find; there was plenty of room to park; the different parts were well signed so it was easy to find your car on returning; the transfer bus stops were well placed; the buses were spacious for passengers and luggage; the buses stopped right outside the terminal. Bad points: It was difficult to verify that I had reached the correct car park because: The 'pink' signs on the route appeared pink in daylight but in darkness I could not see the pink parts of the signs. Signs at the car park entrance give the post code of the car park and the name of it's operator and recommend customers use this to check that they have arrived at the correct car park. I tried to do this using printouts of the web pages I used to book in advance and of the confirmation e-mail I received. None of these showed the post code of the car park or the name of the operator. I therefore had to waste time enquiring at the terminal to set my mind at rest.”

“Paid over £80 to park in this shockingly bad car park for a week. Huge potholes everywhere and the white lines had practically all worn off. Totally mismanaged and complete mayhem upon arrival. There are no pedestrian walkways so you take your life into your hands trying to walk through the car park dodging increasingly frustrated drivers trying to find a space. The worst thing is if you drive along a row and find there are no spaces you have to REVERSE all the way back again! I can't believe they rely on repeat business because I am telling everyone I know never to use this rubbish car park and I will certainly never park here again!!”

“Easy on entry but overcharged on exit despite leaving an hour before my time elapsed. Asked to pay additional £20 at barrier. Spoke to helpful assistant who let me out.”

“I find not having trolleys available at the drop off point inconvenient, I appreciate staffs problem with regards to the airport policy on trolleys but feel this should be resolved. David Hack”

“System worked well. Booked online and number recognition and name on ticket etc was all very good also. Close to the terminal and exiting was also east and fairly stress free. I did note that a bottle neck can form getting out of the carpark and this causes frustration with some drivers - lots of horns blaring and flashing lights. Other than that, it was better than most of the airports I visit on a weekly basis.”

“It was all extremely good. We left our car so easily, being greeted on arrival. We came back earlier than anticipated and after notifying them in advance, our car was duly there on arrival. I would highly recommend it.”

“We use your car parks 10 to 12 times a year. Pros New buses are better than the old dilapidated ones. Drivers are usually polite and friendly. Cons. Approach road to long stay car park is appalling! Walk from terminal to short stay car park is very unpleasant in bad weather, no shelter, exposed to wind and rain. State of surface in car park is unacceptable. Generally bus stops in car parks provide little protection from the weather when needed. Waiting for buses from airport to car parks is cold and unpleasant in poor weather and at night. Other Suggestions It would help if there were information provided at bus stops, both at the terminal and in the car parks , about the length of wait to the next bus.”
