I have to say a heartfelt thank you to your team. I lost my laptop bag on Sat 27 Dec on your Long Term Car Park bus (was travelling with a lot of luggage plus an infant). It was picked up by one of your staff on duty and taken to lost property. Between your team and the lost property team, you calmed my nerves by letting me know you located it and I slept soundly that night. Could have all ended very badly but your team were tremendous and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

Long stay not that easy to find. Bus service frequent and good.

Good service, nice warm bus, not too long to wait, cheerful driver. Congestion at the front of the terminal means once the coach arrives at the terminal it takes longer to reach the Mid Stay drop off and collection point than the rest of the journey!

Upon return to Luton car park, the machines would not read our (and others) prepaid receipts. It took several minutes for anyone to respond when we pressed the help button and a total of 15 minutes to exit the car park. Very disappointing.

Very easy to use The bus service both in and out only gave us a max of three minute wait and the drivers were very helpful.

We were delighted to participate in your offer of discounted parking in the short term car park from December 2nd to 4th whilst visiting my family in Dublin. However, quite unexpectedly my brother died on December 4th and we stayed on an extra four days to attend the funeral. My husband phoned you to explain the situation and asked if we could extend our parking using the discounted offering. He was informed that the only way to do this was to remove our car from the car park and rebook/re-enter the car park. As we were abroad this was not a helpful solution. He was told we would have to accept the consequences on departure from the car park. When we returned on Monday 8th December, the night of the funeral and the earliest we could get back, we faced a bill of £181.35 on top of the discounted payment from Dec 2nd to 4th. We were already devastated by my brother's death and this was an unpleasant end to an unpleasant experience.

Too expensive. Too slow to enter due to poor access roads. Short term car park still to far way from terminal building. Online booking is the best option. I travel from Luton every week and unfortunately the airport remains one of the worlds worst for facilities, conditions and charges. The parking is the best part of a continuing shocking experience.

Very good service. Exactly as advertised. Only a small letdown that there were no trollies immediately available on site when we arrived early in morning at zero degrees Celsius.

I booked mid-term parking at Luton for the 27th December, but on arrival at the car park my pre-booking was not recognised and I was forced to take a new ticket - and pay again for the parking I had already paid for. On getting home and checking my email I found that Luton seemed to think that I was parking on the 25th - they sent an email on the 25th asking me to review the parking I hadn't used yet. My booking was, however very definitely for the 27th as their own confirmation email shows. It's bad enough the exhorbitant price that Luton charge to park your car on potholed waste-ground, without having to pay twice. But then Luton's ethos is all about screwing you for every penny they can whilst providing dreadful service - even down to charging you for the plastic bags you need to put liquids in at security.

Very long wait for the bus on the return. The bus did not go every 15 minutes as is promised for the Long Stay.

Parking at Luton was quick and easy. Although the camera system didn't work with the pre-paid system, the car park team more than compensated by helping start my car battery which had gone flat. Thumbs up to the team.

Its very easy, no hassle, just book it and arrive, park have your holiday and come back pick up your car and drive away. What could be simpler??

In the long term car park there is a special needs shelter near the exit which says don't wait here for a bus and two arrows pointing to nowhere as alternatives. Only by chasing the bus around could we guess what stop it was heading for. Very poorly marked in long term car park itself.
