Really quick connections and nice and near to the airport terminal. And it was even the cheapest parking of all those on offer! I will use this parking again.

I had pre-booked but the automatic number plate recognition didn't work on arrival so the barrier didn't open and a ticket was presented without a greeting. I only knew this because I'd used the car park before and I had been greeted by name on the machine and the barrier had opened. I had to use the help button to talk to someone who then had to look up my booking. I had to do the same on departure as a payment was demanded although I'd already paid. Not very smooth and seamless. I'm wondering if it's because I tried to enter 15 minutes early from the time shown on my booking or if that doesn't make any difference. If it does then there must be a way to deal with this scenario. I even waited the extra mins until the actual booked time before trying again but with the same result.

Easy online booking experience. Convenient and cost effective. Regular shuttle buses available for airport transfer. Overall a very good experience.

Convenient Medium stay - good bus service even late at night. However when put ticket in machine to exit, we held up the queue because we had to alert a disembodied voice on the intercom - the machine claimed we owed >£100 but we had prepaid half that, and he checked our record and opened the gate. A bit of alarm at the time but it worked out ok.

* the access roads are very good * the state of the parking tarmac is very poor * having clearly defined parking spots would help as well * We normally use medium stay car park and the bus to the terminal isn't every 8-10 min, at some occasions we had to wait 15-20 min * you are not allowed a coffee on the bus - which is a bit silly especially if you come on a early morning flight * no loyalty programme or special offers for frequent users

Impressed by website, purchasing and ticket issue. However car park itself is in an awful state. Very poor road surface, in fact we got a flat due to a large bolt, and extremely tight access for manoeuvring whilst trying to locate parking space. Massive puddles and potholes also a problem. It needs a system to help drivers find the empty slots as well as improved surfacing, clear road and bay markings and wider road access.

The car park was quite full so it took about 5 minutes to find a decent spot to park. However, the bus was very near and came almost immediately. Arriving back at Luton past midnight we just missed a bus and had to wait a good 10 minutes in cold weather for the next one. This service could be improved but otherwise the experience was good

ANPR cameras do not work properly so unnecessary delay on exit. Car park surface has that many potholes it is disgusting. Third world countries have better road surfaces. Exit signs virtually invisible so get ready for the 10 minute drive to leave. Please invest some of your profits in improving your car parks. Look at Birmingham or Stansted for inspiration

We waited at our usual bus stop And the bus passed us twice! We then noticed it was a disabled bus stop . We called to complain and the man said the bus will stop for you next time . AND it didn't again! So we missed 3 bus and had to go to a different bus stop and nearly missed our flight. I will never park here again.

The only thing I could complain about is he long wait for the bus coming back. But I think that just off been something happening becoz I don't normally wait that long. But great will use again for sure. And the price is just unbeatable

Parked in the short stay car park; there was misleading signage about available spaces; the car park was difficult to navigate around and the surface was poor in many places

Used the short stay car park for a long weekend break paid for it on line prior to arrival. Less than five minutes walk to terminal. Make sure you have your booking reference in case there are any problems. Would use it again..

I had booked fixed price deal but realized within a day I had probably underestimated the check out time by about an hour. I was very annoyed to be informed that in the circumstances I could not change the check out time at all. I was not canceling nor changing the date but despite this I was unable to change merely by an hour the check out time. I felt this most unfair

Signposts were clear, and a space easy to find. However, the bus driver did not respond to my request to be left at a certain stop (the disabled pick up point where I was collected from when I arrived). It was not clear that the bus would not stop there for drop off, and the driver did not respond to my pressing the bell on the bus as we left the previous drop off stop.
