I cancelled parking via Luton Airport direct due to you not being able to change my requirments to add priority channel. I rebooked via Parking for Less who carried out my full requirements excellently The parking experience was first class

A stress-free experience at a very reasonable price.

We stayed in the mid term car park and it was easy to find, the buses picked up regularly and there was plenty of room for our cases and pushchair. When we arrived back from our break the bay we needed to go to for the bus was clearly signposted.

As with every time I use the short term car park facility I have issues getting out of the car park. This is despite having pre paid for the parking and being informed that supposedly my registration will be recognised. It's frustrating having to call the operator, wait for the operator who never seems to answer and then have the hassle of going through a series of questions to verify payment. All in all a very poor service from what is not a cheap parking option. Michael Cluskey Cluskeym@hotmail.com

Booked a my parking for an overnight stay and noticed on my ticket that this hadn't been recognised. There were no staff around so i was forced into paying a £72 charge. Fortunately, i had enough money in my bank account to allow for this! After questioning this charge with customer services the next day, i did get a full refund. However, this was a stressful situation to be in after a nice break away. I am now more reluctant to use this service again in the future.

The short term car park is in very bad condition, the spaces are too close together as are the lanes making exit tricky for a longer car. The lighting and signage is also very bad.

We always use the Priority Parking service, which is brilliant. We drop off the car right next to the terminal, and pick up at the same place. Staff are always friendly and courteous, and the service represents good value for money. Highly recommended!

We entered the car park and no space was available and there was no signposting of where we could find a space. That also meant that one had to go up a lane to check for spaces and having to go back in reverse as there was no exit at the end of the line. Many cars were doing that at the same time as cars continued to be accepted in even if parking facility was obviously full. State of the ground is very poor. The tarmac was badly damaged in many places. The only positive is the fact that you are at walking distance from the actual airport.

I booked the long term car park. It was easy to find, sign posting is good. I had prebooked but the entry system doesn't recognise the booking so I buzzed for assistance and gave my booking reference. The assistant reassured me that my booking was valid. Fortunately it was early and there was no queue. On leaving, the system again did not recognise my booking and I needed the assistant. So apart from the discounted rate, prebooking doesn't improve the efficiency of entry and exit.

The web site is very clear and it is very quick to make our booking. We have to use the disabled parking area and on arrival there is always plenty of space and the bus stop is right next to the parking with plenty of seating in a shelter out of the wind. You have to press a buttom and speak to the control people to ask for the bus to pick you up as the normal route now bypasses this row of cars to make a quicker exit presumably when there is no one waiting at the disabled stop. We have travelled with a mobility scooter and the driver was very helpful- immediately lowering the ramp so my husband could drive straight on, and ensuring we had time to get settled in place before he set off, he also helped me get on with the two suitcases . The bus stop at the air port is a little way away from the entrance down a bit of a sloping pavement, but there is a call button for assistance for a wheelchair to be brought from the terminal. All in all we find using the car park at Luton very stress free and easy .

We parked in the gold coloured carpark, which is stated as being a few minutes walk from the airport. Overall it was fine, tarmac not too bad, spaces marked out. But the most annoying aspect was that each parking row ended in a dead end, so if it is busy (which it was) you end up driving down to the end to see if there are any spaces, and then have to reverse out again when they are all full. In addition the signage at the entrance to the gold car park was not very clear. But much better than doing a park and ride system. Entry/exit system straightforward too.

The big problem was that on arrival it was very difficult to find anywhere to park, which wasn't helped by cars parked illegally, meaning you had to reverse to get out. Somebody should have been on site directing cars to the limited available spaces. It took me 15 minutes to find a space.

Very poor experience.Direction signs covered in snow from M1 at 04.00 hours to long term car park. Car park approach has unseen humps and generally poor signage. On return to airport no indication at empty bus stop how long bus would be. Would prefer Stansted due to their better car parking and service.. Also luggage retrieval at 18.00hrs took 45+ minutes after disembarking.

Entry and exit easy. The short term carpark however is in poor condition and mostly just gravel.

Awful. No spaces. Dead ends? It was chaos . We nearly missed our flight because of it. Also tried to charge me £108 when leaving even though I had paid upfront?? The only bad part of our trip!
