“The only problem we had was on exit it said we had to pay for our stay despite pre booking, after pressing assistance this was quickly rectified by the competent staff who was apologetic and professional.”

“Signs suggesting there was spaces when there wasn't. Directions up rows of the car park to be met by a dead end meaning multiple cars having to reverse back the full length of the row and no one on hand for assistance. Really poor experience”

“There was a car crash immediately outside the car park just before we arrived. Initially we thought that we'd never make our flight, but they cleared it very quickly and we were on our way! Then on the way back our plane was delayed so we over-ran on our parking by a few hours, but there was no problems there either. All in all, pretty straightforward and helped make getting there and back stress free.”

“the wait for the bus was not really acceptable - when I have used this car park in the past i have ended up walking to the terminal rather than wait for the bus as it is quickler”

“On the upside the parking is close to the terminal, however if you end up parking on the boundaries to the rear and far side you will be dragging your suitcases for quite a distance, and it can be very windy. The physical state of the car park is bad; it needs properly surfacing with proper parking bays being identified.”

“well signposted and easy to find. Simple access with number plate recognition. No problem finding a space. Bus was immediate on both journeys (to and from the airport) :-)”

“Having to pay £2.50 to drop someone off is a disgrace. A good reason not to use Luton Airport. A complete ripoff, motivated by excessive greed. Provision of basic services including a pickup and drop off zone should be included in the price passengers pay for their tickets.”

“Pre- booked in good time so not expensive.Very near the terminal and no trouble at the barriers getting a ticket.Only a few minutes wait for the bus.Bus waiting for me when I returned.Again no problems at the barriers when leaving.All in all a very good experience.”

“Free 30 minutes simple not the case I drove into the car park today at 14.23 found a spot got on the bus went inside picked up my friend got came straight out waited for the bus the returned to the car and I put my ticket in the machine at 14.55 and it charged my £7 be aware you have completely no time to pick up stay well clear of the mid term 30 minutes free as it is not possible todo rip offffffff”

“Until the security scares, pickup and drop-off were free. At the time the pickup and drop-off point was moved away from the airport building (sensibly) and the airport said they had no intention to introduce any charges. Now: a) it is £2.50 for the first 15 minutes rising rapidly to £1 pm! a very greedy breach of trust! (who can predict how long it takes to clear security?) b) the taxi rank is once more parking next to the building. Like most security "alerts" the outcome is more expense and time wasting for the public and benefits only to all the vested interests.”

“We had a brief problem on leaving when the machine advised we still owed money, however, the helpful attendant soon resolved the problem which was related to our having been pre-booked or possibly the camera not noting our vehicle number. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“A total rip off to drop off or just pick someone off - worse than Heathrow. Typical of a money grabbing council. If you can fly from somewhere else I suggest you do so”
