My only problem was on leaving the car park I had prepaid and booked and the message said I owed about £57.00 so I had to get hold of someone to sort it out and open the barrier.

Excellent experience only problem was a sign pointing to "spaces" but that area was full otherwise no complaints.

The parking location was OK in itself and plenteous, but the shuttle bus service was extremely slow and infrequent . On the departure it took 40 mins from parking up at 5.05 am to arrive into the terminal and on the return leg ( 4pm approx ) there was 30 mins wait for a long-stay bus . I think there was only one bus that was getting held up in traffic.

easy to book, certainly a saving on daily rates, quick bus pick up & transfer to terminal. Same on return

efficient but expensive compared to other airports eg Gatwick where the same service cost me £47 and they gave me a 10% off voucher for my next visit

Easy to book the car into long term car park on-line, which we have done over the past few years. Buses run frequently. Would be good to have the Parking spaces wider, on our return last week I had to enter my car via the passengers side as the car next to me was to close and parked at an angle.

In past visits the automatic barrier is not always released when you insert your parking ticket meaning you are delayed when you have to speak with the attendant. This trip it worked fine which was good. Good location of the car park relative to the terminal and easy to book and pay.

The number plate recognition meant that we did not have to key in our registration number at the barrier to enter the car park. We did not have far to walk to the airport. When we arrived we realised that my husband's blue badge was still in the car. The staff soon retrieved it for us without making us feel we were a nuisance. On our return to England a very pleasant attendant told us that our car was parked next to the booth and he had put a cone in front of it to stop anyone blocking our way. It made our exit so stress-free and easy.

Prepaid parking worked fine, but was the only positive. The car park was a bloody nightmare, cars abandoned any where, making it nearly impossible to drive around, as at some points you could barely fit your car through the gaps, without putting your mirrors in. My feeling is that more cars are aloud in the car park than there are spaces.

Condition of the car park surface is very bad, spaces too tight, ANPR didn't pick up my registration. On the plus side booking was easy and straightforward and it's close to the Departures Terminal.

the bus arrived very quickly & made the whole process very easy & efficient. How ever as we tried to leave,late in the evening as our flight returned at 1140 pm, there were several cars that seemed to have misplaced their tickets & caused a queue of traffic as we waited for them to contact the exit gate staff. This was a frustrating hold up.

Easy to find spaces a little more difficult to find. Beware if you park near bus stop 5/6 then expect full buses to pass you, we experienced 3 full buses passing us leaving us waiting another 30 mins in cold at 05.00 car was safe enough and easy to exit.

I have used this service previously and have always had a positive experience. However on this occasion upon arriving at the carpark the registration was not recognised and I had to take a ticket. I did not think much of this until I tried to exit the carpark and was confronted with an £84.00 bill. I can only assume my registration was not entered into the system. I would like to say that the female customer assistant at the car park at 10.15-10.30pm was extremely helpful and sorted the problem swiftly.

Excellent service. Shame the queue for just dropping off cannot be moved to enable access to PP. experienced a 30min delay just to access area! 2mins to actually hand over car - very impressive.
