“Even though we had pre-booked our parking, we struggled to find a parking space on arrival. It took a good 5-10 mins before we found a space. There were some 'gaps' that should of been spaces as some drivers had not stayed within the bays. We didn't wait long for the shuttle buses and these were more than adequate for the number of people using the service. We arrived back to collect our car in the early hours and it was good to see a security man driving round and checking on things.”

“You charge Criminal Prices! The bus service is exceptional but the cost of parking for one day shouldn't be 30 quid. That's insane. Also 2.50 to get to the drop off”

“Short stay parking at Luton is convenient because you can walk to the terminal in less then five minutes. Finding a space isn't the easiest - each long row has the end blocked off so if there isn't a space you have to reverse back! Prices are in line with other short / medium stay car parks at regional airports.”

“Simple and efficient. Bus arrived quickly, dropped off outside departures. Return journey just as simple - wait a few minutes for the bus, hop off at the right number, and the car is waiting. All good, thank you.”

“On arriving back at Luton from my destination - on a very early flight - I was told, quite rudely, by the bus driver that I was not allowed to bring my coffee on board. Despite having paid £2+ for the coffee, and not yet even having had a sip! I was forced to leave it behind to take the bus back to the car park. There were no visible signs indicating that drinks were not allowed on the bus, and the drive was unnecessarily rude and bad-tempered about it. Not the 'welcome home' I was hoping for!”

“Stayed in short stay car park at Luton. Price was OK, and car park is fairly close to the terminal. However, the car park itself resembles a building site (the surface is terrible - rutted with pot holes) and it's hard to find a space because the ends of each row are blocked off - so twice I had to drive to the end of a row and then reverse all the way back because there were no spaces.”

“Location was fantastic - easy walking distance to the terminal. It was however, not a great car park in terms of - potholes and huge puddles - dead ends e.g. if you think there is a space down a row, and there isn't, you have to reverse back out because the cars are parked up to the end - walkway to terminal - this was blocked at the bottom end because of building work but only found this out after traipsing down there with my case.”

“Easy to book, reasonably priced, with automated number recognition on arrival and efficient and reliable shuttle bus service we found this service excellent.”

“All great save for when leaving. It was late and having packed three children and the luggage into the car we just wanted to get home. However, on putting the ticket into the machine, we were told we owed a further £37. We then had to ask for help from an attendant in the car park and were told that, as we had pre-booked, we had to press for assistance having dug out our booking reference number. The exit was therefore more complicated than it needed to be.”

“Very well sign posted to the Mid term car park, however the two lane approach to a roundabout and then a single lane exit caused an amazing queue at 05.30 on a Sunday morning. This combined with additional queues through airport security meant we nearly missed the flight to Nice with Easy jet. Please let me have name and email address of Operations Director for Luton airport. Thanks Jonathan Welch”
