- Expensive as there is no competition - used to pay £5 / day at Luton airport and thought that was expensive. It's now £13 if you pre-book (£20 "at the gate").....just for one day!!!!! - Buses are too infrequent. - Bus stops are open and therefore cold, windy and freezing. - Bus drivers are often miserable. - Getting on/off at just one door creates problems and is ridiculous - an example, on the bus yesterday I was the only person and was sitting at the front. As the bus arrived at the stop, rather than open the front door, the driver insisted I walk back to the other door to get off the bus - what difference does it make when you are the only person on the bus??? CRAZY!!! - Bus stop at the terminal is a disgrace - full of filthy smokers! - Where the buses stop, you have to walk to the terminal, not a problem if it's nice weather but not great when it's cold, wet and windy at this time of year! - It's been made almost impossible to walk to the terminal - the road has fences all the way along it so you cannot cross where you want. - The CCTV is there to fine drivers dropping passengers off - nothing wrong with dropping off (we've been doing it for years without problems), except some little Hitler thinks they can fine drivers £80 for doing it!!! Advice - go to Heathrow or Gatwick - customer/passenger friendly airports and car parks!!!

Meet and greet parking is an excellent service, quick and convenient. Staff are efficient and polite. Would have given it a very good rating but the cost of this service compared to other airports for our dates was considerably more.

Frequent problems when leaving short stay with the machines not recognising mine and other cars. This means having to ask to be let out which can take time. On occasions all lanes have been blocked for some time.

We used the short term car park close to the airport - very convenient and not much extra. We pre-booked via the website which worked fine and getting in was no problem. Slight bug was that our car registration wasn't captured on entry so on exit it wanted to charge me again. There is a button on the barrier you can push and a short conversation sorted this out - I get the impression it's fairly common occurrence!

I pre-booked and paid for my short term parking, it was great until when I was leaving, it did not recognise I had paid, so I had to wait at the exit barrier until an assistant had to let me out. Not major, but I had hoped not to have done it.

I booked and paid for my 2-day parking space on line, which was relatively straightoforward. But when I collected my car and arrived at the exit barrier, the machine did not recognise my reference code. I pressed for assistance and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer - there were other people having the same problem, and only one person answering the requests for assistance apparently. So I wondered why I'd bothered to book in advance at all!

Whilst the service from the staff very good the cost at the Long Term Car Park was far to high. Cost for five days at Luton was £52.00 Just booked a week at Heathrow £35.92 for early March!!

All good experience until leaving at 23.15 when inspite if prepaying and putting parking ticket in exit barrier it told me I owed £100- easily resolved when I spoke with barrier operator and gave booking reference but took 10 mins to answer call for assistance at barrier which was a bit frustrating when I had a long drive home late at night .

Car park buses were prompt , areas without tarmac not good in the winter!
