“Good location but in poor condition. Needs some new Tarmac and with the revenue they make there is no excuse.”

“Parking was a breeze for the outbound flight, arriving back was a different matter, the short stay car park was poorly lit, after putting in my prepaid ticket into the machine it came up with an excess fee of £222.00 shocked is not the right word, after contacting the man at the other end of the button he cancelled it, I would avoid Luton altogether very limited choice of food”

“Absolutely appauling service. Price was very high and car park set up was terrible. no spaces took 25 mins to park. Set up was so bad that you had to drive down lanes which were dead ends so having to reverse 2-300 meters. Everything about this was terrible avoid at all costs.”

“It is totally ridiculous how much Luton charges for simply collecting relatives, there is no where close by to collect elderly travellers considering the prices you charge. It's a disgrace!”

“Very easy and convenient. Bus was quite regular. My only criticism is that on the way out on putting my card in the machine displayed the wrong price and I had to use the intercom to get out! And was not sure if my account would be Debated the excess money. Although I was within the timings I specified.”

“Actual parking and location of the car park we great. However in spite of pre booking the parking 2 weeks before when i was leaving the car park it didn't recognise this and i had to pay again for the parking!! i think it is being resolved now, but far from a great experience.”

“Used the on-site Long Stay park to minimise transfer & waiting delays. Did not wait too long for the transfer bus in either direction which was not too busy (May 2015). Booked in advance online but a week after checking the prices they had gone up by £10 - book early to save money. Barrier didn't recognise my pre-booking on exit & wanted to charge £190 however the supervisor checked our booking reference & let us through with minimal delay.”

“Usually have no problem but pre booked and paid for my parking only for the car park to not automatically recognise my car when arriving and departing. Meaning on exit I had to speak with a member of staff and prove my booking ref rather than leave automatically as I should've been able to”

“Having rebooked the long term car park the only problem was that when I put the card in to exit the car park the barrier did not open and the charge on the machine showed £209. Only when I spoke Via the intercom for assistance did I manage to get the barrier raised. Surely when you prebook this should not happen. My prebooked reference number was JRK05”

“The during two recent visits to the short stay parking area I was not able to leave without having to give details via the exit bar intercom. I was under the impression that the system was automatic and relied on camera reading of number plates.”

“Terrible to try and find a space with no through rows of cars and uneven ground. When leaving the car park my card was not recognised and had to wait for someone to let me pass. Shambolic.”
