“The parking experience was good, however the cost was not. To park my car for 2 days cost nearly half as much as my return flight to Edinburgh. In terms of value for money, Easyjet are in a different league to the car park provider. I would like to see much greater competition for parking services.”

“The car park surface is terrible. It had been raining, but it was full of puddles, many many potholes and lots of mud. Partially as a consequence of this, the parking bays were not clearly marked. In addition, the signposts were virtually non-existent. Also, upon exit I was one of several cars I witnessed having problems whereby, despite pre-paying, there was a request for additional payment. This was resolved upon contacting via the intercom, but this took a long time as so many other cars clearly had the same problem. I also felt that the cost was too high for a short stay.”

“Always very good and convenient. Nice if it was cheaper ,but a whole lot better than leaving it with any of the amateur outfits surrounding the airport as I've tried them all.”

“After my short city break i got to the barrier after pre-paying for my ticket and i was unable to get out..... this was quite late at night so i was expecting a task to get home. However a call to the attendant and the problem was quickly resolved. Top marks people”

“A bit of a shock when leaving. The system didn't recognise that I had pre-booked so a big number came up, the guy on the assistance button was spot on and efficient so heart attack avoided. Convenient place to park easy access to motorway”

“As with most of the car parks at Luton, the Short Term is tatty, a rough surface with very little smooth tarmac. Getting into the Short Term car park is also difficult as you have to fight your way in with all the other traffic heading to the terminal building.”
