Better signage for the Blue Badge parking area is required. We had trouble getting onto the bus to & from the terminal as they were extremely busy,some sort of marshalling system would prevent the chaos we were presented with when attempting to return to the car park. What is the point of sending a full bus to the Blue Badge bus stop when clearly people with mobility problems cannot access the bus?!

Easy to find and buses arrived quickly on both going in and getting back out of the airport.

I didn't have a chance to use the car park yet, because there is a week until I will travel to Luton, but I already have negative feelings about it. I initially booked 4 days, and I would like to add one more day, but this was not possible because I bought something which can't be modified. I would expect more flexibility from the parking company and to be focusing on the needs of the costumers instead of following strict rules. Now I only can hope that at least I will have the car in one peace when I return, I don't really want to rely on the helpfulness of the staff.

I am a regular customer, I use the parking once every three months. However I will not use it any more. Very disappointing. I was charged 21 pounds for 1 hour and 20 minutes!. I was not able to arrive to the parking on time because of the Luton Airport is under reforms, so it was absolutely crowded, long queues to get the bus, no air conditioner, just one machine to pay, parking neglected .... It is not acceptable to charge this amount when the airport is being reformed. I think is not fair and it is an abuse. I will not use this parking any more.

We have used this car park several times with no problems either with the safety of the car or the transfer to and from the airport. Only one suggestion, the exit road markings need improvement since the relocation of the exit point.

A very efficient, pleasant experience. No problems to report. Bus was clean and quick Car park had plenty of spaces with lots of drop off and pick up points Price was good for a week's stay I would use again and I recommend to other users

I made a booking at the mid stay car park for Saturday 13th June. I was dismayed to find when I arrived at approximately 10.30 am there were no parking spaces. I along with many others toured the car park for a space. In the end after 30 minutes I parked where it said "Staff Parking" and reported it to the office. I understand from the company overseeing the parking on behalf of Luton Airport that this is an everyday occurrence for Luton Airport to overbook. I was travelling on my own and was not a good start to my journey. I will not park there again.

Issue with number plate not being read was resolved in 30sec. And there were no further issue with booking. Comunication via email with customer service was very informative and clair.

Last week I dropped off someone at the dropping off zone in front of the terminal . It was utter chaos a queue to get in , and equally chaos to get out , who in hell designed this system . The £2.50 charge was just rubbing salt into wound , you should rename Luton airport as Dick Turpin airport this charge is daylight robbery

Parts of the long-term car park are covered in rubble. I have on two occasions suffered a flat tyre soon after leaving the car park. I am sure that this cannot be a coincidence. It is a disgrace to charge for parking if the road surface is going to damage people's cars.

Long stay car park - Difficult to find a parking space, long wait for bus, crowded bus. On exit it failed to recognise that I had pre-paid and tried to charge me over £150.

It's the ultimate way to start your holiday. Drive up right outside the terminal, a really quick process to check your car in, hand over the key and within 2 mins you are standing in the terminal! Staff were polite and efficient and even helped to easily resolve an issue whereby my booking was one day short. Not cheap, but if you are going on holiday with a 1 year old, this is almost essential!

Travelled recently alone to Luton Airport for the first time. Parking was simple and easy, and the bus stop was within 2 minutes walking from where I left my car. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Waited 30mins in the wind and rain for the bus. Poorly designed shelter,; wind whistled through and it leaked, covering the seating in water. Next time, will get a lift or public transport

Entry into and exit from the carpark went well with excellent number plate recognition system. I would only say that the direction signs for pedestrians and cars needs to be improved.
