may i suggest that parking bays are painted as there seem to be some people who couldn't park correct or straight!

Fairly priced and an efficient and quick transfer from parking to airport and return. Although prepaid concerned on returning to be told that we owed £160 despite still having over an hour on our parking time. Fortunately person at gate resolved the problem for us.

Parked here often. Everything fine. Like the new bus however cases with wheels tend to move around and one toppled out!

Having paid £79 to park in long term returning on 13th January, I did not expect to be faced with a bill of £144 when presenting my ticket. My number plate is really easy to read, this just should not be something I have to deal with at the end of a flight. It was resolved by pressing the help button and referring to my reference number once I had found the print out, but charging people twice the amount, having already paid the fee, earns you a "Very Poor" rating

Booking on line was easy and I was very pleasantly surprised with the great price I was offered for a 4 day stay in short term car park. On entry I was very careful to check that my print out did specify 'short term car park' so that I was not faced with an unexpected big bill at the end. The car park was close to the terminal, easy to walk across from and there were plenty of spaces, well marked and the surface was solid, unlike the mid term car park. On return late on Friday night, I drove to the barrier and inserted my ticket. The barrier showed that I owed £144. This was a shock and not a hassle that I wanted to face very late at night when it was cold and icy and having been travelling for many hours. I pressed the button and there was no response. I drove back into the car park to look for another button and to find the telephone number on my confirmation print out. The number I had was open during office hours only. There was no other help point so I went back to the barrier and pressed again. This time I was able to speak with an advisor to whom I gave my ref number and she let me out. Overall this hassle and the panic that I had parked wrongly and owed a large fee or may be trapped in the car park indefinitely were disappointing and spoiled my otherwise excellent experience of parking in short term on a pre-booking basis. I would park here again if pre-booked for the right price but will always check that my registration has been recognised and inform the car park ahead of time if not. This is a basic problem that is inefficient and causes panic for customers unnecessarily. Please try to fix it in future.

AS I entered the car park it asked me to check the postcode. I couldn't find a postcode on the booking page I had with me. All was OK but it could have been clearer. Now that I have used this parking once, I would use again (and know where to go)

Easy to find, short wait for the bus both ways. Leaving the carpark the machine asked for a £160 charge, a very quick conversation with the efficient staff via intercom cleared the issue and we were on our way. Would definitely use this parking again.

On exit it showed that we owe over 200 pounds even tho everything was prebooked ! Would prefer faster and more efficient service.

Nothing special here. The short term car park is in poor condition and has poorly marked bays. The barrier did not recognise the prebooked car and we were fortunate a member of the car park team was around to ask for advice. Inexpensive though and close to departures.

The entry machine didn't read our numberplate correctly, so it didn't recognise that we had pre-booked. We then couldn't find a help desk, and after running around the carpark for 5 minutes we then luckily found an attendant, who was helpful and told us not to worry, just press for help and quote our booking reference when we exit.

I have left my car for 4 days which normally will have to pay £216 .But booking just 1 day before departure I paid £52 which was totally bargain!!!

We have booked the space and have yet to experience the pleasure of parking in Luton.We leave on a flight 9th.April…..will let you know.Just to add our friends booked the same venue after did and got the same deal cheaper!Are we bothered?….

The recognition camera on exit did not work and needed contact with the control person, this happens approx. 50%! Of the time I use Luton airport car parks

I experienced it twice. It was prebooking. First experience was better than second one. Hassle free , everything went smooth. 2nd time i had to speak to assistance for exit. But still wasn't that bad.
