“Short Term Carpark over New Year for 3 days. Very reasonable when booked in advance and an incredibly quick and easy walk to and from the terminal. On the return leg the whole process at Luton was so fast that we were driving out of the airport 20 minutes after the aircraft wheels touched the runway.”

“Brilliant experience. Easy website, good price for a week's parking over New Year and parking very close to the terminal. However the best bit was when we got to the car on Sunday evening and found the battery dead. Pressed the button on the exit post, spoke to a very helpful lady, and 15 minutes later a very nice man arrived with a battery pack to jump start the car. Absolutely brilliant customer service.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end.. Well worth the money to use short term parking for a week.. Incredibly quick and easy to use... Needed to change vehicle details after initial booking- the assistant was charming and helpful and efficient.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*****”

“Excellent service at the Priority Parking Service. Easy and simple to book, ideal for people with walking difficulty as it is just 2 minutes from Terminal. Was certainly grateful for this on a very cold and wet Boxing Day night when returning from Tenerife! Would recommend.”

“Arrived on time, bus picked us up on time. On return bus outside terminal within time frame dropped off at bus stop in car park. Exactly what it said " on the tin" very good service. Only thing against is that prices vary dramatically if a regular user.”

“First of all, it was very easy to get to the parking area. This was my first time using Luton so great directions were perfect. The attendants both when I arrived and when I returned were helpful, curtious, and very professional. I was a pleasure. I will certainly use Luton parking again. Thanks so much, D. Kay Hillley”

“In and out in a couple of minutes. So much better than waiting for a train. Staff on site could even help me out with my dead battery, so I can only recommend this service.”

“We we're assured upon arrival with clear and plre use directions and easy to follow instructions. Also the fact that we didn't need to print anything and only needed a ref number incase of any problems. Of which there was only one. When we returned from our vacation an were exiting the car park it stated on the ticket machine that we owed £70. This was quickly and easily resolved by the click of a button, through to customer care an we were off it was just an error. Thankyou Luton car park.”
