Prepaid for longterm parking (£72 ish) - on inserting ticket when leaving carpark was informed by machine that I 'owed' £152. Guy I spoke to on 'help' button sorted the problem when I stated my surname, but an unenjoyable experience, and no apology.

Was ok until I tried to exit the park, barrier would not open on my card, Came up as £152 to pay ? Operator eventually answered the call button and opened the barrier. Was there for 5 minutes with traffic waiting behind ! Not good.

My flight arrived early late Monday evening. There were no other arrivals at Luton during this time. I got out of the terminal quickly as I had no luggage. But then waited 25 minutes for a shuttle to the mid term car park. In that time two long term shuttles arrived. I was freezing cold and very unimpressed. It seems that they cut one or more of the mid term shuttles out.

The road to the parking is needs of being resurfaced. The auto number plate recognising system worked well and a parking space easy to find. But why are the parking not fully surfaced.

Mid term parking.. Bus service is never as often as advertised.. Otherwise a great service.

My flight was delayed for 1.5 hours and when I exited the car park I was slightly later than my time and you charged me more for that 1.5 hours than you did for my original booking!!!

Mid term car park better than short term as bus drops passengers near terminal door. There should be an option to walk to terminal from mid term. Bus not as frequent as promised. Short term booked for trips of 2 or 3 days is hopeless; long walk to terminal building, often in the rain, from poorly surfaced car park with insufficient spaces. Charging for drop off or pick up which is not near terminal building is nothing short of theft!

My car was not recognised and on return after 8 days I was presented with a screen bill of £171 despite having pre-booked and paid in advance. Luckily the call assistance button worked after 30 seconds, and after giving my code the barrier was opened by the assistant. However, there was only one exit working and the queue behind me of cars waiting was beginning to build up. The technology should be slicker than that.

The only (very minor) issue was having to get out of the car to press the button to gain entry to the drop-off point. I thought vehicle reg no recognition was being used. Doesn't sound like a big problem, but any delay at the entry barrier causes an immediate traffic jam on the access roundabout.

There needs to be more than one exit gate from the the long term car park and surely there have to be more up to date methods of exiting rather than having to stick a ticket into a machine, which appeared to be faulty at the time we tried to use it - or it should be able to read the ticket whichever way round or whichever way up the ticket is inserted!

I prepaid for my parking and on arrival spent 20 mins driving around looking for a space as it was absolutely full. At least 5 other cars were in the same boat as me. If I'd been late for my flight it would have been a nightmare. On leaving the barrier didn't automatically raise, so I also had the inconvenience of having to wait for someone (who treated me as if my call was a huge annoyance) to answer the phone and let me out. All this when the parking isn't exactly cheap either.

I used Priority Parking which compared to the cost of the other car parks seemed quite good value for what you get. On the day I flew, I was able to leave later than usual knowing my car would be taken care of directly outside the terminal. It was all very quick and fuss-free. I had been booked in online so my car key was taken from me at the entrance and I left my vehicle to be parked by a parking attendant. Picking it up at the end was just as easy. Would recommend.

Very easy to get to the terminal, regular busses and good signposting. Also the price was very reasonable, stayed for 5 nights so would have been more to take the train for 2x people Def use again
