“Hi Easy to access car park and able to find a parking slot 20 yards form the bus stop. Even at 3.30am bus prompt and well operated. Good value for money, team!”

“We always come to your carpark when we fly from Luton airport. Usually we are very happy with the service you provide. Unfortunately with our next booking which is ref:JCP54 there has been a problem as I booked for 7 nights from 15/05/2015 until 21/05/2015 and by mistake we go into 8days. I tried to sort this out over the phone but the people I spoke to were not helpfull and refused to let me off the extra time and I have got to pay another £19. I also made a mistake and double booked the Priority lane. I always book this through your company but Monarch now do this service and I had booked it through them and forgotten about it and booked it again with you. Obviously this is not your fault but having made this mistake and now having to pay the extra £19 out parking this time has cost us a lot more than normal. We are so happy with your service we have recommended you to a lot of people who now use you as well. This was a senior moment and I have got to learn from it. Kind Regards Dawn King”

“We used the mid term car park twice in 2014, entry was quick and easy,plenty of parking spaces and an excellent bus transfere to the terminal. That is why we chose to book it again for our trip later in the year.”

“Speedy and great service, however your customers need to read when a bus pulls up at the terminal let the people on it off before you push through them to get on. The rear door opens to let people off, that's why the signs say board at the front door.”

“Car is100% secure no hassle just 5 minutes away from the airport frequency of the buses for pick up is 10-15 minutes.Impressive service While check out the machine displayed to us outstanding Amount is pending though we paid the whole amount in advance but it was resolved by the security officer very quickly may be system was not updated.”

“The Premier Parking service was quick, easy and as described. Dropped the car off and was off into the airport in just a couple of minutes - just what we wanted in the early hours of the morning. Picking the car up again on the way back was even quicker. The most expensive option but was worth it.”
