I can book online, park the car easily, get a bus fairly quickly and it takes only a few minutes travel time. Not particularly cheap - I could get a taxi cheaper if it was not just me.

Everything we expected. Easy, frequent buses to take us to and from the airport, no hassle and we would certainly use the service again.

Pre booking didn't work, payment was taken immediately but not recognised upon leaving the car park. Had to call and give booking reference which after a long delayed journey was an inconvenience

I bought ticket in Internet and paid 41 pound. I was in time but couldn't get out. I put my ticket and it showed that I have to pay 76pound. ONLY when I paid, I could go. So for 4day in long term parking I paid 117 pounds. NEVER USE IT AGAIN. Very bad sistem.

Followed sign to "spaces".. No spaces Found spaces in c18.. Way too far from bus stop C.. How about a bus stop D?? Maybe in roundabout! Waited 10 mins for bus which was disappointing on such a busy Easter weekend. At terminal.. Medium stay stop is further from terminal than long stay! Why? Didn't it cost more for a better service? Shouldn't it be closer than other companies stops?

Whilst the booking process was relatively easy to use, I found the condition of the car park itself to be poorly maintained and not reflective of the premium rate charged.

What an utter, total, disgraceful, shocking rip-off. Honestly, four pounds to park for 30 mins, rising to seven pounds – it's disgusting. I can't use the pick-up location, because I need to meet my wife and daughter who have luggage and a pram. So it costs me an obscene amount of money to park in a bumpy, gravel short-stay park that's not even that close to the airport. Disgusting, disgraceful, awful, shameless, cynical experience, taking advantage of people who just want to pick up or drop off their loved ones in person.

Need better signage to spaces. need to tarmac the car park. The bus stop offered very little protection from the elements

Sometimes the car registration is not recognised so you have to buzz through to get the barrier opened. Could a small section of the metal barrier on the main road to the airport be removed opposite the mid term car park to allow for people to walk to and from the terminal ?

Although the car park is right next to the Terminal and is easily accessed, the state of both the car parking surface and the parking is very poor. Signage is very poor and you can spend a good ten minutes driving around trying to find a space. I have spent more than this waiting for someone to leave. Ufnortunately since there is no clear marking fro bays it is difficult to determine how many spaces are free and therefore I am sure the car park is often full and people (like me) are waiting on a space. This adds to stress levels when you have paid extra to be near to the terminal.

Use these reasonably frequently for Business travel - overall they are as good as anywhere else, but always keep your booking refernece with you as the number plate recognition never seems to work. Its always sorted out well, but frustrating delays after travelling

The ease of parking was OK but the maintenance of the car park not so good. Plus point is It is a quick and convenient place to park. Down point is I had to park a long way from the exit to the terminal and there is no cover from the weather.

I was travelling on my own and was very wary to be parking away from the terminal through the night so I chose the gold car park to be as close As I could . The only concern I had was that as I pulled up at the barrier and saw that the parking charges stopped at 24 hours I worried that I was going into the wrong place. But, no need to worry. Best place to park ( for just over 2 days) and a great price. Would definitely park there again!

The whole process of booking online was easy and quite straightforward. It was nice to be able to just pull into the car park, park up and get on with my journey. The best bit was just being able to go back to my car and simply drive out. A very good experience.
