Every time we have used the service we can't exit using the ticket (even though we have pre-paid). This means we get stuck at the barrier (apparently owing a huge sum ~£300 in Parking fees) and have to contact the operator, which isn't great!

The ease of parking at Luton is fantastic. I park in the mid term car park which is only 5 mins from the airport terminal and busses are very frequent , every 5 mins or so. Takes a lot of the hassle and stress out of the whole flying experience.

For the second time now I have pre-paid for my Mid-Term parking only to be asked to pay as I try to leave. It should read the reg and open the barrier for me but instead I am forced to take a ticket on entry and then wait 5 minutes for 'assistance' on exit. Not what I want after an inevitably crap budget flight. Sort it out. You make enough money from us.

Short term car park very convenient in terms of ease of entry/exit and proximity to the terminal, but with a very poor road surface and poorly marked bays.

Confirmation e-mail advised to depart early due to heavy roadworks at the airport junction. There was a 5min delay getting there and arrived approx 1hr early. We Pulled up to the barrier and parked with ease, plenty of space and no reference to our early arrival. On landing back in Luton airport following a wonderful break we got through custom quickly and arrived back at the carpark with plenty of time to spare and quickly departed. We pulled upto the barrier, tired and with a long journey ahead. WE WERE CHARGED £88 TO EXIT THE CARPARK!! £88!!!! I can only assume that this was due to our early arrival. The pre paid booking fee for four days was only c.£40. I highly advise any other passengers to AVOID the official Luton Airport Carpark.

Overall it was a good experience only slightly marred by the fact that the driver of the bus didn't wait for us despite the fact we had our luggage and were within 30m of the stop when he drove off with virtually an empty bus.

Would not open the barrier because the car in front had not booked parking. Was made to reverse back out onto the roundabout which was a very dangerous manoeuvre.

I was pre-paid and in the correct car and car park at the booked time, but the entry system failed to issue a personalised ticket. I contacted help and was told to press for a ticket, which had the correct car registration on it (so the ANPR worked). On exit, a credit card was demanded, so I contacted help again. I found my booking reference and was allowed out. I think that there are 3 issues here: the system should have recognised that I was a pre-pay in the first place; even if it failed I should not have had to contact help twice; I should not have needed the booking reference since the car registration matched.

Road towards the carpark was bit bumpy. It was a bit of chalange to find a space to park otherwise everything was ok.

Transport was supposed to be every 15 minutes after over 20 when ours turned up we then had to wait another 15 while the drivers changed over! On exiting the car park our car wasn't recongnised and wanted a £95 payment and had to wait ages for the intercom to be answered! Terrible service

Pre-booked short term carpark, on Friday evening flight, nightmare trying to find a space, very bad layout, requiring the need to reverse back down the aisles. Numerous cars driving around looking for space. Car covers in dust on return, due to the unmade sections. Paid £50 for Friday to Sunday, expected more for the price.

it wasn't really an issue but the card machine on my exit didn't compute so barrier wouldn't operate. Guy on the intercom dealt with it straight away. Otherwise excellent parking service
