“Arranging and parking were straightforward. Car Reg was recognized on entry OK. However, on exit it said i had £105.00 outstanding..... but I hadn't gone over my time. This was sorted out by the attendant fairly quickly though.”

“All was ok until you tried to overcharge me by £84 when I left the car park. Even though I had paid fully in advance and was well within my booked time slots the exit machine tried to get an extra £84 from me and caused an embarrassing hold up. The member of staff on the help button managed to sort it, but I will be reluctant to use you again. I feel very wary of your systems.”

“The camera did not recognize my car upon arrival at the barrier. Needed to get a "normal" ticket. Subsequently, the help of "Barrier help point person" was needed to get out without paying 152 GBP extra. Worked out fine but is slightly annoying.”

“They should make sure the booking system and the ticket issuing machines are synchronized. In our case, our plate and booking reference number was not recognized and we had to ask for assistance to avoid paying twice. In addition, the parking should be better signed.”

“Booking was easy and access to the car park was automatic but that's where the pleasure ended. The state of the car park is a disgrace - the surface resembles that of a derelict waste ground. It is difficult to find spaces - signs indicate that parking is available but when you reach the end of the row you find no spaces and have to reverse to the start of the row, when other cars are coming towards you. Very, very poor car park layout.”

“WHY THE HELL HAVE I GOT THIS EMAIL A MONTH BEFORE I PARK????? I'VE JUST SPENT THE LAST TEN MINUTES CHECKING I HADN'T BOOKED THE WRONG MONTH!! SO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU A RATING A LOT WORSE THAN VERY POOR!!! DUCKING IDIOTS!!!”

“Drop off was ok, and the busses to and from were fast and efficient. The exit was a nightmare for me, the other drivers I held up and the other motorist in front of me who all had the same issue. When we pressed the buzzer the guy answered 5 minutes later, and this delay in answering was for every driver a many had issues. This is the second time I've had an issue at the exit gate. Get this right and we will be winning.”

“Overall, very easy to find, not too busy and easy to find a parking spot without driving for miles. Would like to see buses slightly more frequent to mid stay, about a 10 minute wait both ends only thing keeping rating below very good.”

“Poor road surface. No exit from parking lanes at the far end, so if no places available, one has to reverse the whole lane.”

“Information concerning payment on exit from short term, having booked on line was non existent. Paying for drop off is taking liberties. Parking at Luton created a very negative experience. Will advise others to leave lots of time to negotiate parking.”
