“Overall I was happy. Was easy enough to get in and out. Although my pre-booking didn't work on exit which was annoying. But after calling through I was released and all was sorted.”

“Clear directions and instructions on how to find the carpark reduced the stress and panic of finding where to park, and the guys greeting you were friendly and informative of what to do both for dropping off the car and what to do on my return. Great service, making a stressful time much more pleasant.”

“This is nothing more than a part tarmac, part dirt car park. When I picked up my car it was covered in dust. The car park is not properly marked out and very poor value for over £89 for one week. The ONLY thing that is ok is the fact that you can walk to the terminal.”

“Easy to find and quick buses to and from airport. Only downside was on leaving the car park the machine said outstanding amount due! This was not the case as had pre booked and paid online and was in allotted time. I buzzed for assistance at 2am and gave my reference number I was then able to exit. I would use again.”

“The car park was very close to the terminal as advertised, there were plenty of spaces and entry and exit was quick and easy with my advance booking.”

“We booked our airport parking just a few days before our outward flight. Well worth it for the saving (car was five days in the long stay) and the reduced hassle on leaving the car park. All worked well and will definitely do the same again.”

“I did not find the carpark with the satnav 'postcode' but it was signed clearly enough. Easy to use and find the shuttle bus. I had a bit of a scare coming back and being asked to pay more money to get out (an extra £70) Our plain had been delayed by quite a bit and though I had left some extra time seemed a problem, With my reference at hand the person checking it let me out with what I had prepaid. Maybe was just a case of not having enough details in the first place. Definitely make sure you have your reference of payment at hand. Now I know that and how to use it I would use it again.”

“Grossly over-priced, the ANPR cameras don't work (so I always have to call on the buzzer to be let out), the online booking system is unreliable, and there's no way that the short stay car park is "2-3 mins walk away" unless you happen to walk at 15mph or so.”

“I had paid for parking in advance, £69 for 5 days. The directions to vacant parking was poor and the wait for the bus was fairly lengthy given the amount paid. However the main problem on leaving, after inserting my ticket in the machine, it asked for a sum of £120 before I would be allowed to leave with my tired family. Quite a shock. When I finally managed to get the attendant on the intercom, he eventually conceded, rather begrudgingly, that I had already paid the correct amount. Not a particularly pleasant experience overall.”

“Overall the experience of parking, getting to the airport from the car park with a baby in tow was easy however upon return we found our car had been hit by another car on the passenger door. Really disappointed in this matter and I'm currently chasing some cc-tv footage from customer services. Hope they come through. The car park needs Tarmac-ing. The exit was easy too, no problems. I just really annoyed that someone hit our car and didn't leave their details.”

“The car park is well serviced by the shuttle, of which the staff are lovely and very helpful! The process of getting in and out is very smooth and efficient, adding to the ease wanted by every holiday-maker! Overall I am very pleased with the service I received, and would be inclined to return should the occasion arise.”
