Other Airports offer the same service but with the option of having your car washed prior to collection for a few pounds more - this is a nice touch that would have changed my view to Very Good - why dont you offer this??

The anpr cameras at the exit gates regularly fail to register a prebooked booking.

Long wait for the bus on the return leg...... otherwise good. New buses are a big improvement, maybe you now need to upgrade the drivers!

Convenient location, good quality buses, but the bus shelter is totally inadequate protection from the heavy rain - the roof leaks, the floor is completely awash, the seats are unusable - fortunately the buses come frequently!

not the best kept car park, lots of large pot holes and not very near the terminal building - depending on where you have to park. Even the disabled car park is still a pretty long walk for some people.

I always prebook the short stay car park as it's better value for money and generally quite busy. The car park is in need of a bit of love and care, but can normally find a space quickly. It is good when the ANPR cameras at the entrance barrier work, but a nuisance when they don't, as it results in long queues of cars each having to speak to an operator when trying to exit.

The barrier would not let me out, in fact it demanded a £100+ ecess parking fee - despite the fact that the parking had been pre-booked and pre-paid. As it happens the operator at the car park was able to override the system and I could continue on my way. So, great personal service let down by the technology on this occassion it seems.... otherwise I would have rated as very good!

Even though had prebooked and prepayed on exiting carpark it demanded payment Had to call and give booking reference, this happens very often, tooooo often

WHEN WE RETURNED BACK , ON TIME ! WE WERE TOLD WE OWED £144.00 , THIS CAUSED A LOT OF DISTRESS AS IT WAS 1 AM AND DARK AND DAMP , ANOTHER COUPLE ALSO FOUND THEY OWED OVER £400 , A CHAT WITH YOUR GUY IN THE OFFICE ENSUED AND HE ALLOWED US OUT AFTER CHECKING OUR BOOKING REF NUMBER, WE HOPED THE COUPLE BEHIND ALSO WERE OK , BUT IT WAS A SYSTEM GLITCH AND AS WE KNEW WE WERE ON TIME AND WOULD OWE NOTHING WE WERE QUITE PLEASED , SO A SHAME A GOOD STAR HAD TO BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL ONE , HOWEVER IF WE WOULD HAVE TO PAID THE AMOUNT YOUR SYSTEM CLAIMED WE OWED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A VERY POOR STAR.THANKS TO THE CHAP IN THE CONTROL ROOM WHO WAS POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT ,HOPE THE GLITCH IS SORTED AS I AM SURE WE WILL TRY YOUR CAR PARKS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE .

Wham I entered on Sunday evening, the system didn't recognize my number plate . As I travel frequently, it normally would display 'Hi Mr White' it didn't this time. When I returned yesterday, it was me for full payment rather than returning my ticket as I was pre-booked. I had to buzz though to the rep to let me past as she could see my booking.. Not too painful but not seemly as per usual.

Our outgoing journey was fine with buses running about every twenty minutes. However, on our return we had to wait for 30 minutes in the cold and wet while other buses to mid term car park and staff buses came and went continually. When the bus finally arrived there were a lot of passengers with luggage waiting to get onboard so it was a bit chaotic. At each stop there was a delay while passengers disembarked and others got on. This was at about midday on the 4th October.

Spaces were very tight, but overall a very good experience, except when we came to leave we had a bit of a shock as the machine said we needed to pay but we had already prepaid. Wasn't to much of a problem as we pressed for assistant and they checked our booking and let us out.
