“Arrived at 6am in October parked easily in the long term carpark and only had to wait a few minutes at bus stop "2" for the bus. We were somewhat lucky as the people at the bus stops after us had to wait for the another bus due to large numbers of travellers involved. On the return, two weeks later, we had a short wait and that was it. We are using this mode of long term parking again this month, January.”

“Signposted to long term car park were very good parking was plentiful and well lite as we arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning it was freezing cold but bus service was excellent very frequent straight to terminal doorstep on return again faultless service will definitely be using it again why pay all that money for a cab That you can't even reply on to be on time great service thank you luton airport and bus driver's”

“Service was exactly as described and good value. Much better that off-site parking I used last November which was a nightmare. Surly staff, handing over your car keys to a stranger and literally several miles from the airport. Don't chance it and it isn't much cheaper and you are at the mercy of the (heavy) traffic into the airport. On-site parking for me in the future. Yes, very good service.”

“Bus driver on return to car park was fantastic. Waited for my wife to arrive as she'd been delayed a few minutes. Bags waiting for us I baggage reclaim. Very smooth all the way”

“Really excellent and convenient. Booked well in advance so very good rate (though even relatively last minute is worth it for the convenience of being effectively on-site). Bus came quickly, both for pick-up and delivery. Delighted!”
