When leaving the car park was asked to pay £150 although had already pre paid, had to discuss this through intercom so pre paying dosent work

The bus stops are hard to see if you're not close to one. They get very full and it's stressful trying to get on with luggage - the buses are not well designed for multiple stops and passengers trying to move past each other. They are not as regular as advertised - we took 40 ,minutes which was also stressful. The website should advise customers that baggage reclaim can take longer than expected - we took 90 minutes to get back to the car so could have been stung with a late pick up payment

On the positive side, I really liked pre-registering for parking, enabling me to drive right in and drive right out. Compared to most London airports, Luton is fairly convenient to get to. On the downside, for a smaller airport it took forever waiting for a shuttle bus. I regret I didn't time the wait but it certainly was more than 10 mins. And on our return, we stood for a long time in a hail storm waiting for the return bus.

I arrived at 6.45am, based on the information you provide 15 minutes should have been enough to get me to the terminal. I arrived at the terminal at 7.15, 15 minutes late. What would have happened if I had missed my flight as a result of this?

Short term (premium) car park with pretty dreadful road surface and badly marked areas. The absence of signs for the exit was ludicrous if not potentially dangerous

Easy online booking, good price and efficient shuttle bus service. I always use this car park for Luton and I'm a frequent traveler from this airport.

We left our car in the mid term car park for a week. All was fine when we got back. Had an issue with the ticket when we went to leave but the assistant over the phone helped us immediately.

Still a bit of a hike to the terminal. Entry, exit & ticketing was quick & efficient although entry signage/layout could be better, it would be quite easy to end up in drop-off zone by mistake. Major gripe - car park surface - it's pretty poor! It needs them to reinvest some of that substantial parking revenue into completely resurfacing the short stay car park. I gather mid-stay is equally rubble strewn too!

The frequency of the buses to and from the terminal at the mid term car park is becoming less and less. As a regular user I am very disappointed given the high price of parking.

I have rated this very poor because of the problem on exiting. We tried to exit within the permitted time, having pre-booked this. However, on inserting the ticket at the barrier I was informed that £133 was due. I repeated the process with the same result. This was at approx. 2330 on the 24th May. Fortunately my dilemma was seen on CCTV and your officer on duty phoned through and asked about my problem. I told him, plus my name and booking reference and after he had checked these detail he opened the barrierand all was well. Such an error should not happen, particularly late at night when we were stressed after the flight and anxious to get home. The officer himself was very helpful.

Simple and quick to book - we used the short stay car park whilst on a 4 day trip, as we pulled up at the barrier the screen identified me by name and issued my ticket. It couldn't have been easier. We arrived very early in the morning and had no difficulty in finding a parking space but did notice on our return, which was around 7pm, that people appeared to be queuing for spaces which were about to be vacated. The short walk from the car park to the terminal is well signed. All in all a perfect experience.

I have always found that booking short term parking in on-line advance at Luton to be easy and cost effective although at times it can be difficult to find an empty space and sometimes there seem to be cones in strange places which affect the traffic flow.
