"we bought an automatic wall vent which costs about 345 euro and it never worked properly! When we contacted cc they asked tighten the spring, which doesn't even have the quality of a spring in a biro\/pen! We contacted cc again and then I made a review in truspilot re:the quality, I was actually shocked with cc THREATENING PHONE CALL to remove my reviews from all social medias from their \"MANAGER\" ! And I am blocked by them in truspilot, my review had gone hidden, they blocked me from fb! They made me spam in Google review. No wonder why don't have many bad reviews! From my experience never fall on their promises, if had any chance to upload a voice clip I would have definitely shown their real face here from their phone call record!! I even worried whether they send someone to break into my house at night,, if I say so, you can understand what kind of a callback it was!! Definitely, we have involved garda on it!!\r\nTO luxair I only have one thing to say, its a shame when you don't make quality products, and blocking people when they make a real review, why don't you just fight back with quality products instead! I have spend 345euro on a 5 euro quality product!\r\nI was told by the \"manager\" that they cannot assure their product work on bad weather \ud83e\udd23 come on! a wall vent is a suppose to keep outside and it is not something like I pack it back when the weather goes bad!
